Cancellation
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

Hotel staff is helpful all the time. As it is in the town, quite convenience to find nice place for dinner. The view, at least of our room, is not as good as what shows on the webpage. |

The convenient location. They are located at the center of the town. It was very convenient to do everything such as shopping, taking bus, going to information center, dining out etc. I personally wanted more fresh food for breakfast. We had some dice-cut fresh fruits on last couple of days, but most of menu were processed food (ham, cheese, various bread, cookies, and serials). Besides, I did not feel comfortable they did not come to the front desk when we go out and come back but asked us to pick up our room key behind front desk counter. What if some stranger sneak in and pick up a key and access our room? Also, we wanted to have an air conditioner in our room: it had a heater but no "cooler" so that we had to leave our window open to cool off. One night, they had a crazy noisy rock concert in the open music stage in front of this hotel until almost midnight. We did not like it at all. It was ridiculous. |

The view from our room was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was thoroughly cleaned every day and the bed turned down in the evenings. On Christmas eve we returned from dinner to find a Christmas present from the hotel waiting for us. The staff helped us make dinner reservations, spa reservations and directed us to local sights. The hotel is in a perfect location. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. |
