Decent value for your money. Good Location
Rooms are tiny, Staff is not very friendly.
Excellent staff, really friendly and accommodating. Lovely roof terrace to look out from and relax.
Room cleaned, near to the city center
Price is too high respect to the quality of the hotel.
excellent location and very friendly staff
The location near the train
Very expensive for the quality.
The location was the best. It was walking distance from train station and walking distance to all attractions.
Staff are very nice and helpful. They helped us a lot in different arrangements.
Location is great, right near the train station, within walking distance to all of the attractions I was interested in. Rather bare bones, but if you are staying in that city to spend all of your time in the hotel room, you are sort of missing the point of being in Florence.
I found the "Leave your room key at the desk when you leave during the day" thing a little odd, but that was really not a huge inconvenience.
The close location to the train station was great, as was the elevator to carry our luggage up to the hotel, which is on the 3rd or 4th floor. Of the two men who seem to run the place, one was super friendly and has a great sense of humour. The other is crabby and seems annoyed with every interaction we had with him. Our room was a decent size for Europe and the bed was super-comfortable (possibly a new mattress). I'd stay there again.
Breakfast has to be booked in advance as the hotel doesn't have room for all guests. We didn't know that, so ended up eating elsewhere which was really no big deal.
Value for money and location
Excellent hotel for a budget stay.
The room price was absolutely cheap, also the hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Location, cleanliness of room and shared bath, bed, high quality towels, night receptionist, value
TV did not work, bedside light did not work, several wall lights burned out.
In a perfect location, 2 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to Duomo. Good eating places nearby. Hot shower
Staff didn't receive our booking reservation. Basic room, the shower overflowed and toilet made a constant weird draining sound.
Located close to main train station and sights. Polite and helpful desk staff
the staff are very unfriendly to people. it seems they don't want to operate the hotel anymore.
Brilliant location in the city centre, super friendly staff, good facilities. I had a lovely sunny room.
The location is great, easy to find and near the main station. Luggage storage and air conditioning are available. Bathroom and rooms are more or less clean. Good value for money.
Staff could be more friendly, you have to pay 2 euros to use the wi-fi.
