The location was good. The hotel itself is very tired and the decor and furniture in the rooms reflect this. The furniture may be venitian but it certainly needs a lot of restoring or renovation or even just replacing. We paid extra money for the privilege of this furniture - it certainly was not worth it. Bar prices are a ridiculous price and therefore very few people were using it. May be if the prices were reduced you would encourage more people to use this facility. |

Private parking for free, easy access from highway, clean and quite luxury rooms. Too far from the center - not walking distance. No map provided by the hotel, just uncertain explanation of direction, no advise on parking in the center. |

newly renovated rooms with nice decor. The bathroom is really nice. With the bus it only takes a few minutes to get downtown. Walking distance downtown about 25 to 30 min. The area at night is not the best but even when my friend stayed at the hotel and I went by myself it was ok. From the bus stop to the hotel just a few steps, so even as a woman I didn't get scared and you just have to ignore the people who talk to you. |

gentle stuff, hot spot free of charge which is actually very rare in Italy. I must highlight that the breakfast was grate also. Big, free parking accros the hotel. |

The hotel terrace is excellent place for breakfast. Unfortunately the outside area of the terrace is not properly serviced by the hotel staff. The hotel itself, its services and hotel staff do not correspond to four star hotel. |

A good breakfast and helpful curtious service from the staff. The hotel was fine for everything except the air conditioning in the room was either not functioning well or they need to somehow make it cooler then what it was. We had the control at the coolest setting and highest fan blow (which did not seem too strong) and it was not comfortable. We actually went and purchased a fan to feel cooler. I noticed that in most of the hotels in Europe their idea of a/c is not the same as in the U.S. |

The facilities ,including bathroom etc. were first class The breakfast room was quite small for the number of people staying in the hotel and only plastic cups were provided for fruit juice, disappointing for an otherwise top class hotel |

spacious, contemporary, well designed and furnished room and bathroom. very good choice of food for breakfast. pleasant restaurant offering good menu and a friendly service. lovely view from the restaurant terrace, where the meals can be taken. 24hrs mini bar water screen does not cover the bath tub sufficiently to stop the water splashing on to the floor. |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing assistance with questions on the local area, transport and the like. Rooms were quite comfortable and well appointed. I was also pleased to note that our requests for two rooms co-located (family) were easily met. The wifi access was not as reliable as expected. |
