Hotel Bled  

everybody was nice. the hotel is quite secure, the location is an advantage, u can reach everywhere easily.

I couldn't see an AC in the room, even though its discription says there is "air conditioning". The weather was fine, i didnt need it, though.

The reception staff was perfect, fast and helpful. The hotel is old but beautiful.

The smell in the room. The beds are a bit small.

The location was close to a metro

We were 2 couples , there was no flow in the shower at all and they could not fix it The couple with us got the first room that the water in the toilet did not flush and the AC was controlled from the reception , that is not ideal to say the least :)

Our room was realy big Breakfast was good Good value for your money

Location- far away from the city center. The hotel location even not shown on the map that you get in the lobby because of the distance from the center Our friends didn"t get the room despite they perform the reservation, and they had to move to enother hotel for one night, inconvenient for them

As far as Hotel Daniela (more info below): - nice and helpful staff - location (20 min walk to Colloseum) - private parking

Well, this should be a review of the hotel Daniela, which is nearby, as we had to stay there because Hotel Bled gave our room to someone else. At first they offered that we could leave our car for free at their parking and stay in a hotel 3km away which was unacceptable for us. After 30 min of arguing with the receptionist it turned out that there is a room in hotel Daniela which was basically a building next to Bled, sharing the same parking!!! We can't understand why they didn't offer the at the first place - there would be no problem than. Hotel Daniela: - Hotel and rooms need some make over, Hotel Bled - unpleasant receptionist!!!!!

Nice, big room with comfortable bed. Clean and well furnished bathroom. Good breakfast.

Wonderful terrace on the top floor. An excellent opportunity to leave your luggage for a long time in the luggage room without additional cost!

Its price and location

I was travelling with my mom and daughter to Rome. We did not like the Hotel at all and shocked about the room provided.

The pictures do not comply with actual design and furniture, as well as cleanness and provided online information. There was no hot water in the room. The room size is very small, not comfi and cozy. We would not be able to keep the windows of the room open, as all traffic noise and exhaust would be in. We have not stayed there even one night, left to San Pio. I used to stay in San Pio (Aventino) during my business trip to Rome in January 2011. This hotel I would actually recommend to my friends, but i no ways Bled anymore. Very unsatisfied. However, will admit that the manager, the lady, was very profession and did not object of paying back my money and not putting any obstacles for us to leave immediately.

The bed was comfortable, location was fairly good considering Rome is a small city. Shower was great!

Had an issue with TV converter not working occasionally Would have been nice if offered some transport option (Shuttle near by?) Taxi drivers were very expensive and an option would have been nice.

The hotel room was quite alright and the service was polite.

Bad water pressure in the shower, poor selection of bread at the breakfast table, only high carbo food, noisy after bedtime during the last to nights, a lot of noise from the neighbour rooms.

Comodo, vicino alla stazione e ad alcune delle principali attrazioni di Roma. La colazione è molto abbondante e con prodotti freschi. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Biancheria pulita. Per chi dovesse viaggiare in auto, è presente un parcheggio interno, sorvegliato con video camere, ad un prezzo modico rispetto ai garage/parcheggi che si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Bagno con forti segni di usura; però, durante il mio soggiorno, ho notato che erano stati avviati lavori alle camere affianco alla mia, per ristrutturarle.

La proximité des transports publics pour rejoindre les différents sites. Le silence que je ne pensais pas avoir pour une ville. Le sentiment de ne pas être dans un hôtel "usine"

Le petit déjeuner, une horreur. Nous avons pourtant toujours mangé du bon pain dans les restaurants de la ville. Les WC. Cela peut être drôle, mais mal fixés dans deux des chambres que nous avons réservées, pour certains celà pourait se terminer par un accident. Qu'un des concierges dise: je parle, vous écoutez!

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la proximité du métro.

Le petit-déjeuner, pain pas frais, le dernier jour du séjour le buffet avait été dévalisé, nous n'avions plus de choix à 8h30, le café pas bon, un comble pour l'Italie.

- Camera singola molto piccola - Bagno in camera molto piccolo e scomodo - Servizi in camera minimi (vecchia tv, pochi saponi) - Assenti sacchetti per cestino rifiuti

Muy buena ubicación

Personale simpatico e molto gentile e cordiale (quasi sempre), anche se alle volte al limite viste le risposte a domande comuni sempre piene di ironia.

Tenuto veramente male, almeno il quarto piano. Macchia enorme di umidità sul muro scrostato e sporco di impronte e insetti schiacciati, canaline a vista aperte con fili della corrente volanti, tapparella che si incastra e non si chiude più (son dovuto uscire in piedi sul davanzale per sbloccarla), copriwater che non sta su perchè non c'è lo spazio tra il water e lo sciacquone (gli uomini devono fare la pipì da seduti oppure con la mano devono tenere su il copriwater), rubinetteria arcaica e spesso rotta (viste 2 camere e entrambe rotte nel bidet), niente rompigetto nei lavabi con getto troppo forte, impossibile lavarsi senza inondare tutto. L'unico impianto dove c'è poca acqua è la doccia.... Esattamente dove ce ne sarebbe più bisogno. Una signora, alla reception, lamentandosi gentilmente che il letto della sua camera era decisamente scomodo, alla richiesta se c'era una camera dove c'era un letto meno scomodo si è sentita rispondere dalla persona al bureau: "ma che ne so, mica sto a casa mia che ho provato tutti I letti!"

la zona E' tranquilla E L'hotel rispecchia L'atmosfera di una roma fuori dai circuiti frenetici E caotici, L'accoglienza in hotel E' calorosa specilmente quando piove tanto come in questo periodo, anche il riscaldamento ho apprezzato.

La gentilezza e l'educazione del personale

Avevamo una prenotazione al bled e siamo stati deviati in un altra struttura senza modifica prezzo ma secondo il mio parere di qualità inferiore.... La televisione non prendeva che 3 canali!!!!

Ottima posizione e personale estremamente cortese ed amichevole
