We stayed inthe place twice within one week. While the first time the room was a bit smelly with a broken TV and bathroom with mildew on the walls and smelling of old sewer pipes, the second room was nice and pleasant. A bit of maintenance and better management would do a lot of justice to this otherwise nice place.
Location - in walkable distance from about everything in central Rome. Good value for money given it's in Rome. Secure parking. Good breakfast and, generally, friendly staff

Very small room, dated bathroom, prehistoric TV.
Close to the centre of Rome, good connection to public transport, easy exit by car out of the city too. Plentiful breakfast, good choice of sweet and savory. Safe parking on the premises (additional 10 Euros).

The breakfast wasn't that special but it was okay. It took quite a long time to get warm water from the shower.
Clean rooms and helpful staff. Everything worked quite well. From the hotel it is easy to reach all the sights either on foot or metro.

Our room wasn't clean enough. Our balcony wasn't cleaned not once in the 6 days we staied there, nor the bathroom mirror, even though we were tipping our maid evey day and we were keeping our room tidy.
So I staied in this hotel with my husband for 6 nights. The hotel as a building is very nice. It's close to police station and to metro station. Our room was very nice, good bed, good wifi, flat tv . The breakfast was awesome. The staff was good.

They took 12€ per day as taxes although it is written in booking it should include tax also far from metro station , not clean , breackfast was so poor

One of the night reception staff was incredibly rude, very noisy traffic on main street.
Safe parking for the car, nice family-run restaurants within 100m, near to Porta Maggiore (bus, tram and food), 10 mins walk to Manzoni metro.

The one night they turned off the air conditioning at 10pm.
The staff were friendly and helpful except one individual who was very condescending and snooty. The breakfast was enjoyable especially the individualized made coffee Loved the outdoor terrace in the evening.. Close to major transportation and only 2 stops from termini station so do not take a taxi..

Hotel has had patchy renovations of bathroom, shower had mildew all over the cubicle(?) the rest had not been renovated since the 1960s. Flaky paint and mildew in the bedroom, no lift in the building of our room.
Only good thing about it was the location, it costs approx $10 by taxi to the city and walking distance to the Metro.

No hot water during our last day....
Although they moved us in Hotel Daniela, just behind Hotel Bled, the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. We had a nice stay in Hotel Daniela!
