Everything from staff's friendliness to the immaculately clean room . Great breakfast. Great location. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Probably one of the worst once I have slept on in a while . very hard ! |

In terms of rates, this one of the nest hote I ever encountered in Europe. The location is ideally situated not far from the Pisa Centrale (train station, which is good because having a hotel too near the train station can get really annoying. They have shuttle service with affordable service which can be used to pick up or transport to/from airport, transtation or Pisa Tower. I really recommend to take the breakfast option as it is luxurious and delicious |

It was close to Vatican City and we were able to walk anywhere in the city. The staff was helpful in recommending very good places to eat that were close to the hotel |

The hotel is ideally located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit. It is an Italian 4* but probably a UK 3*. can't fault it though. |

Room was well furnished and generally standards of accomodation were very good. Room was too hot. Staff were polite but somewhat officious. From our room we could hear loud discussion and laughter all night. Made me think that we might have been located close to a room where night staff were working. |

This is a very smart, clean hotel, situated in a quiet street in a central location in Pisa. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfasts are awesome! It is the best hotel I have stayed in. |

The lovely Hotel Bologna is most welcoming. Located in the heart of Pisa, it is a wonderful place to stay the night before a flight, enabling one to keep the vacation going until the moment of departure to the airport--just 7-10 minutes away by hotel shuttle. The cost was 20 euro more than it was when I stayed there a few months earlier, perhaps a result of my own failure to plan in advance. |

Quad room we had was huge and all of a high standard. Bathroom was clean and spacious for Europe. The breakfast was a good buffet and when we had to leave early for a train they packed us a picnic breakfast which was very generous in portion size and ready at the desk when we checked out. However, the best thing here was when our child was sick one evening they called in medical advice, (on a Sunday), and drove my husband for no charge to the pharmacy. They offered to arrange us in food for dinner too - so helpful we were really pleased. Also a bonus here was the mini bar providing chilled mineral water daily for free. It was a 5 min walk to the train, about a 15 min walk to the leaning tower. We were very happy with this hotel, it was great value for the facilities and the staff were very attentive - excellent. |

Very nice breakfast, excellent bed. Floor heating, very nice, and the bathroom had a window, so that we could get all that bath-moist out of the room. A 4 star hotel like this, should have duvets, instead of only the choice of a blanket with a sheet. |

Very convienient for the airport and use of carpark was easy although this was not free as advertised. We found the room quite cold and it was damp. We were turned away from breakfast as there was nowhere to sit down- we were surprised at this for what is classed as a four star hotel. Expensive for facilities. |

This was an excellent hotel from which to explore Pisa. It is not far from the station and walking into the main city and seeing the tower was very easy. The staff were extremely helpful. It also had the advantage of having a shuttle bus which made getting to the airport very easy and hassle free. |

Very helpful staff with good recommendations about local restaurants; good breakfast. Its 10 minutes from the train station, and off the tourist track. The single room was pretty small, but it had everything required. It wouldn't be very comfortable if you were staying for more than one night. |

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although a little small, however the bathroom was very spacious. We were only there for one night so didn't really see much of the hotel and had to leave before breakfast. I was very impressed to be offered a take out breakfast. The only thing was, I think we were ripped off a bit with the shuttle bus. When booking the shuttle we said we thought 18 euros seemed expensive and we were told that the airport was a 10 minute drive away and the taxis at 6am would charge more than normal. The journey at that time in the morning took only 5 minutes at the most - I am sure a taxi wouldnt have charged us 18 euros even if they did charge more than normal !! |

Convenient location for exploring the city. Excellent facilities in the room like air-conditioning, minibar, mosquito repellant. The breakfast room has insufficient space between table - became much too crowded and difficult to move. |

Reasonably central location, 15 minutes walk through town to leaning tower, etc. Excellent breakfast. Good staff - very helpful and pleasant. Comprehensive and relatively inexpensive mini-bar! Decor in our room was a little dated and not to my taste (although bathroom was modern and sizeable). |
