Hotel well-sited for both old town and for visiting Leaning Tower. Good breakfast and nice terrace to relax from urban city. Staff extremely helpful for restaurants and other requests. Room comfortable and reasonably quiet. |

Perfect walking distance between Pisa Centrale Train Station (and buses to the airport) and the primary tourist attractions (Leaning Tower). Great restaurants and pubs in the area. Modern, clean, air-conditioned rooms. Minor - shower water pressure was low and temperature inconsistant. Does not come close to overshadowing the positives. Would absolutely stay there again. |

Excellent reception by very friendly and professional staff. Well-appointed room with very good bed. We have never seen such a small, though well-equipped bathroom. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but were not given one. Our room did have a few fragrance dispensers (the one in the bathroom was really necessary to disguise a particularly nasty odour). What was really annoying was that there was only a single-panelled connecting door to the next room, so that we could hear every word our neighbours were saying. Not a very nice experience, if only for one night. |

Location was ideal for us, near everything in town, but far enough away for peace. Breakfast was extensive, but not the best quality in terms of items offered. Breakfast room was very busy and could have been laid out for better access. |

Good (not excellent) 4 star hotel in a good location near to the main sites and near to the train station. Sorry, but the room was very dark, with a view from the window of a courtyard wall.... shame, because the room was otherwise good (there was tea/coffee making equipment and a mini-bar fridge) |

The helpful and pleasant staff and the cleanliness of the premises was impressive. We arrived earlier than the check in time and it was good to be informed that besides storing our luggage while our room was readied; we could also wash up and head out to check the city should we like in the guest washroom on the first floor. The location is a plus and over all it was a good experience! When we arrived there, the staff at the reception was constantly conversing amongst one another while we waited for them to turn their attention to us. Could be avoidable as when arriving at a hotel reception to check in, one expects and hopes to be attended to asap! |

Warm friendly welcoming. Staff very helpful with local information. Breakfast excellent apart from teas and coffee - we would prefer to have a pot of hot water instead of urn. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon! |

We found the hotel to have a simple elegance, and it was a lovely treat at end of our stay in Italy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was delicious. We particularly enjoyed the quiet little terrace with a glass of wine and a good book after a day of sightseeing. |

Nice staff, shuttle, restaurant recommendation, breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. The room above us was noisy all night long! It wasn't explained to us about the air conditioner, all that was shown was the fan function, so therefore it was extremely hot. |
