ピサの駅からとピサの斜塔の中間に位置しています。駅からも遠くなく、観光エリアまでは手ごろな散歩（お土- 産屋やレストランなどを横目に）になり立地はとても良いと思います。部屋の中のアメニティーもしっかりして- います。バスルームが広々していて使い勝手がよかったです。朝食ルームが部屋数の割りに狭く、１０－15分- と待たされる人達もいましたが、ビュッフェはいろいろな物が豊富に取り揃えてあり、給仕の人に頼むと入れた- てのカプチーノ、エスプレッソ等もってきてもらえます。お盆の真っ只中に、このプライスでここに泊まる事が- できてとてもよかったです。 廊下を歩く人の声が聞こえてくるのが若干気になった。もっとも騒々しい人はいなかった。 |

スタッフ親切、シャトルタクシーの方も、掃除のレベルも高い。 部屋の窓が小さすぎて景色は楽しめない、与えられた部屋のベットが古いのか少し動くだけで大きい雑音、睡眠- 不足になった。 |

朝食の内容はバラエティーに富んで大変よかった。カプチーノは注文すると作ってくれました。部屋にポットが- 備え付けてあり便利。ただしバスルームはシャワーのみでしたが広く快適でした。駅に徒歩で５分、斜塔には１- ０分くらいで立地も良かった。 夜遅く到着する旨伝えていました。２４時間対応だから問題ないとの返事に安心していました。ところがレセプ- ションのスタッフは（たぶん夜間専任のアルバイトと思われる）別の部屋にいてなかなか現れず、日本からのロ- ングフライトの後だったので早く部屋に入りたかったので少し気分を害しました |

館内は清潔、整っている。スタッフの対応も丁寧。朝食も良かった。さすが四つ星、といった感じ。 日が暮れてから到着したため、駅から来る道が少し怖かった。あと、朝食のコーヒーがびっくりするほどまずか- った・・・バーカウンターで注文して作ってももらえるので、始めからそうしたほうが良い。 |

スタッフの対応が、親切で丁寧で満足できました。朝早いCheck-Outに対しても、快く対応してくれ、朝食をBOXで準備してくれました。 |

The noise in from the laundry started at 11.00 pm which was disturbing. Air conditioning not very impressive, the room was very hot. |

This hotel came up to all my expectations for 4 stars. The staff were friendly and very helpful The rooms were spotless and comfortable. It was quiet although my window looked onto a main road. Breakfast very good. Wonderful central location walking distance from sights and station. Minutes only from the Airport.Excellent value as I had a single room. Only suggestion is that a small armchair in the bedroom would have been really good. |

The hotel was great, breakfast was above average with excellent coffee. Room was large but bathroom little bit small but convenient. Staff 100% helpful and very well mannered. Parking in the hotel and only 10 euros (1 of the main reasons for booking hotel). will def pay them a visit if on Pisa again. although Internet was free 1 hour per 24 hours and then 2 euros an hour. Consider this type of hotel should have free internet. It is very aggravating to see hotels are charging internet as same is a must nearly for everyone these days. They were I must confess very reasonable though. |

Everything from staff's friendliness to the immaculately clean room . Great breakfast. Great location. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Probably one of the worst once I have slept on in a while . very hard ! |

This was a wonderful hotel. Georgeous inside, spacious room, excellent value for the $$. Staff were extremely helpful -- we had to leave for our plane at 5:00am; since we would be missing breakfast, they packed us bag breakfasts. Went above and beyoung for our comfort. Best hotel we stayed at in Italy!! |

I had a single room, which was not to small and fully equipted. The location of the hotel is ideal and the hotel itself is very nice with stylish furniture. Basic bathroom - only one elevator in the hotel - prices of the shuttle service. |

In terms of rates, this one of the nest hote I ever encountered in Europe. The location is ideally situated not far from the Pisa Centrale (train station, which is good because having a hotel too near the train station can get really annoying. They have shuttle service with affordable service which can be used to pick up or transport to/from airport, transtation or Pisa Tower. I really recommend to take the breakfast option as it is luxurious and delicious |

It was close to Vatican City and we were able to walk anywhere in the city. The staff was helpful in recommending very good places to eat that were close to the hotel |

The hotel is ideally located. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit. It is an Italian 4* but probably a UK 3*. can't fault it though. |

Room was well furnished and generally standards of accomodation were very good. Room was too hot. Staff were polite but somewhat officious. From our room we could hear loud discussion and laughter all night. Made me think that we might have been located close to a room where night staff were working. |
