Hotel Bologna

Too short a stay to make an objective assessment. Arrived at 2am and checked out at 11.00 am

The noise in from the laundry started at 11.00 pm which was disturbing. Air conditioning not very impressive, the room was very hot.

The hotel was great, breakfast was above average with excellent coffee. Room was large but bathroom little bit small but convenient. Staff 100% helpful and very well mannered. Parking in the hotel and only 10 euros (1 of the main reasons for booking hotel). will def pay them a visit if on Pisa again.

although Internet was free 1 hour per 24 hours and then 2 euros an hour. Consider this type of hotel should have free internet. It is very aggravating to see hotels are charging internet as same is a must nearly for everyone these days. They were I must confess very reasonable though.

This hotel has great attention to detail. The amenities were excellent and the hotel truly rates 4 stars. The breakfast buffet was ample with many choices. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly in answering our questions about Pisa and the area,

Too much noise in the middele of night from traffic and glasscontainer.

I had a single room, which was not to small and fully equipted. The location of the hotel is ideal and the hotel itself is very nice with stylish furniture.

Basic bathroom - only one elevator in the hotel - prices of the shuttle service.

Transfert the airport too expensive.

It was close to Vatican City and we were able to walk anywhere in the city. The staff was helpful in recommending very good places to eat that were close to the hotel

Everything was excellent, the staff very friendly, the room very spacious and nice, the location superbe - in the calm street, but tin the centre.

This is a very smart, clean hotel, situated in a quiet street in a central location in Pisa. The staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfasts are awesome! It is the best hotel I have stayed in.

Quad room we had was huge and all of a high standard. Bathroom was clean and spacious for Europe. The breakfast was a good buffet and when we had to leave early for a train they packed us a picnic breakfast which was very generous in portion size and ready at the desk when we checked out. However, the best thing here was when our child was sick one evening they called in medical advice, (on a Sunday), and drove my husband for no charge to the pharmacy. They offered to arrange us in food for dinner too - so helpful we were really pleased. Also a bonus here was the mini bar providing chilled mineral water daily for free. It was a 5 min walk to the train, about a 15 min walk to the leaning tower.

We were very happy with this hotel, it was great value for the facilities and the staff were very attentive - excellent.

Very convienient for the airport and use of carpark was easy although this was not free as advertised.

We found the room quite cold and it was damp. We were turned away from breakfast as there was nowhere to sit down- we were surprised at this for what is classed as a four star hotel. Expensive for facilities.
