Very central and close to airport, rail station and the main tourist area. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very helpful

Excellent location

Staying at a clean room with a spaicious bathroom was really comfortable. Also the lift was convenient for us because we had big luggages.

The bar where we had breakfast was a little bit crowded.

Position for viewing the city, clean, helpful staff, terrace for evening drinks. Atmosphere of the building.

No complaints but Ive ticked mature couple because you don't have a category which would be mother and daughter. Two of my friends have been away in the last month with their daughters too especially for shopping and culture breaks. Maybe we need a category.

I arrived quite late and the receptionist was very helpful - he recommended somewhere nearby for me to get a meal and it was really good.

The room was quite small with access on on side only of the single bed, making it feel cramped.

The location was perfect; staff friendly and helpful in most regards. The room was simple and elegant, and very comfortable. Strongly recommended.

It would have been nice to have had a little assistance with the luggage on arrival.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Nice and quiet location. Good to have a terrace. The Bologna was a perfect oasis for our long weekend. Would definitely go back there.

The terrace was the only thing that was not kept spotless and obviously not tended very regularly. Some plants in the earthenware boxes would have been attractive.

Nickle-&-dime additional costs for everything including the "social" hour and parking. Hard pillows, air conditioning that did not work, tiny slow elevator, extremely constricted parking.

Clean comfortable room, excellent check-in experience, conviently close to restaurants, shopping and the Leaning Tower. Breakfast service was good, and our booked shuttle to the airport arrived on time, and driver friendly and helpful.

Arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle taxi the hotel offers for €5 but the driver had already left for the day so the Receptionist suggested I get a taxi direct from the airport and hotel would pay the difference - which they very kindly did. Excellent service! Cosy single room but every home comfort you could want; slippers, kettle, free water in the mini bar, hairdryer, free wifi. Breakfast was delicious - continental but lots of variety to fuel you for the day. Location of the hotel is perfect. 10 minutes walk from the train station, 5 minutes for shopping and about 15 minutes to the tower. The main shopping is reached turning right out of the hotel and then immediately take the next right along a long street and out into the main shopping area which also leads to the station.

Single room I had was quite stuffy - aircon unit could have been more powerful. Other guests were not particularly quiet coming and going late at night/early morning.

the "free tastings of traditional Tuscan products" listed in hotel description and described on check-in was just some bruschetta, cheese, and ham, which the bar staff hassled me about eating without buying a drink, claiming it was just a typical Italian "aperitivi" bar - you only get the food if you buy a drink!

Very clean and comfortable. Good location, about half-way between train station and major Pisa sights, also secured parking available. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We liked the shuttle to the airport at 5euros each, staff are very friendly, breakfast great, mini bar prices reasonable with free water. Loved it
