This hotel is definitely not 4 star and should not be portrayed as such. The only benefits to it are the location and free parking. Hard pillows? Temp changing in shower, poor shower operation, one bath towel and one thin bed cover thing for 2 people to use after showering, mould, expensive wifi when the vast majority of 4 star hotels do not charge at all. 11 euro for very average breakfast.

This hotel is just inside the city walls. Great location. Has a good restaurant. Parking is free which was a pleasant change. Easy access to all the tourist spots.

Convient position of hotel within Walls of old city. Good breakfast and service outside when weather fair. Room had no view as in partial basement at back of hotel. Inconvenient bathroom set-up, had to go through shower/wet room to get to toilet. No comfortable chair in bedroom.

Nothing. We stay in a room that felt like you were in someone attic. The only thing I liked is that it was in Urbino. The room we were in felt like someones attic.I Found the staff not to be very friendly.

Breakfast was good. We could use a terrace that had a fine view of the countryside. There was a nice restaurant near the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is on the edge of the old town so is quiet and is it easy to park, but it takes only a few minutes to walk to the main square. The shower area in the bathroom was badly designed and meant that water went everywhere each time one of us used the shower.

Very friendly staff & a great location. Kind of a funky shower - not quite up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

First and foremost, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were well air-conditioned and wonderfully sound-proof. It was easy to have a peaceful sleep even though our room had windows directly on the street. The convenience of their restaurant was welcome and the food was excellent... as well as the service. We would definitely return and recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

Nothing!!! The bed was bigger then the room! The aircondition was over our head and we couldn't use it. The room was smelling. A very small room-we have never been in a such small room. The bath room was like in a film of science-fiction. If the red carpet on the entrance does a 4 star hotel, it is. Don't go there!

The location inside the walls of Urbino with plenty of on street parking was excellent. Be prepared to walk uphill a lot in Urbino. The staff was professional enough. Good in room mini fridge. Breakfast at 11 euros per person was unreasonably priced. Wi-fi at 5 euros per hour seems to be outside the majority of hotels which offer it for free. The staff sprayed some obnoxious chemical after cleaning the room. The shower was a major challenge. Not a good value.

A beautifully appointed hotel in the heart of Urbino. Very comfortable and elegant. Would definitely stay there again. No breakfast included in rate. Cost is 11 euros per person. Would be of benefit to have breakfast included.

Location of hotel. The bathroom in the rooom we had was had a shower that looked liked something built by NASA's space programme. Like other furnishings over elaborate. Glad we did'ny have the breakfast!

We asked for a quiet room, and they did us one better. We had a quiet room with a garden. The hotel is located on the city walls, and the rooms in the front have views over the valley and hills. Parking is free. They charge 2.5 Euros for a half hour of internet.

conveniently located and the staff is very helpful. There is a restaurant with reasonable prices inside the hotel. Breakfast is not included and you have to pay 11 euro for it. When I asked the hotel to keep my luggage for some time, it was not kept inside of the office but was left at the public space.

pleasant lobby and breakfast area though no view. not far from the centre. most of the staff were friendly. no access for minibus .difficult to access. this is not a 4 star hotel...it is clearly a three star hotel. the lady receptionist when we arrived was grumpy and unfriendly and spent most of the time on her mobile. my room had a shower fitting attached to the bath taps that did not extend high enough to have a proper shower. my sheet was not as big as the bed so a section of blanket was on top of me. the tv was old fashioned and only got 4 channels [most 3 star hotels get you cnn or bbc nowadays], my friend in another room had no bedside light.

The hotel is extremely difficult to find. The TV didn't work the first day and the number of channels available was very limited. The rooms are not very large. During daytime noise from the reconstruction. In the evening noise from other rooms;

The location was excellent. Parking was surprisingly convenient since the hotel is within the historic city walls. Breakfast buffet was excellent and best of all, the staff was very helpful and attentive. Our room was very small.
