Hotel Boston  

This hotel is classed as a three star grade. However, this is an understatement. It is far superior. The cleanliness, warmth, breakfast and staff are second to none.

The reception staff was very friendly, they even gave us great recommendations for shopping and dining in the city.

The hotel is excellently situated in the centre of Bari, close to bus stops and not far from the station. Also close to the old city, restaurants and shops (a super market opposite). The staff were excellent and the Reception spoke very good English. They also gave good travel advice and made a booking for us a week later, when the Boston and all hotels in the centre of Bari were full. The rooms and bathroom were good, as was the breakfast. The only criticism is that we were unable to find any non-Italian programme on the TV (but I did not ask, so perhaps it was my fault in not mastering the TV set.)

Everything (apart from TV- see above) was fine. I would certainly go there again.

The hotel is centrally located. Desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean although a bit on the small side - but not unusual for Italy.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of variety. I would recommend this hotel as the location to the ancient part of Bari was nearby.

The price was interesting. There was air conditionning. The hôtel was well located.

Wifi connection didn't work in the room. The shower was not practical at all. There is a lack of insonorization

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was comfortable. It is very central and the transport system is good. I would stay again.

The best thing was the helpfulness & friendliness of the staff. We were very impressed with every aspect of customer service. The room was clean & comfortable. The location was excellent, close to the ferry terminal, the old city & the bus station, the 3 important locations for us. Breakfast included in the room price was very adequate.

Air con was wonderfully cool, so cool I even had to turn it off. Extensive breakfast, pity I was in a hurry to leave. Stored my bike in garage as well.

It was a clean room, morning buffet was well stocked and good. The staff was helpful and courteous. It was close to Old Town and the esplanade around the port.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the good and fresh food for breakfast. Should I be travelling through Bari again in the future I would surely choose Boston Hotel again besides recommending it to others.

Hotel Boston is located in the central part of Bari and the old part of the city and the train stations can be reached by foot very easily. The area where the hotel is safe even for women travelling alone. The stops to and from the Bari airport are very close to the hotel and so, one does not need to walk a lot with the luggages.

Good location, not large but convenient rooms, friendly and professional personnel.

Good hotel for it's price

1 room had a smokers smell, and room 709 had a extremely small bathroom, even for a single person.
