The hotel staff are all very courteous and helpful. Most could speak english. The room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast is simply excellent. The hotel is located very centrally and within easy walking distance of the old city and most shopping and attractions. |

friendly staff very helpful good english. Good sized room plain decoration cleaned everyday. Breakfast simple but plenty of cakes The tv in the room was old and only had Italien channels except for Fox tv news which doesn't count! |

The room was waaaaaaaaaaay too small , very bad quality / price , breakfast was just average, when checking out they asked for a different price from what I had been given the day before. If you stay in Bari dont stay there ! |

Friendly staff, and neat room and bath room Room was very small and bath room extremely small. TV is kept inside the cupboard and difficult to view the TV. Your site mentioned pay TV, but there are no pay channels. Only Italian language channels |

The guy at the reception was really helpful and the hotel is really close to everything.Thanks we will sure stay there again if we ever visit Bari again. The Barman wasn't so happy to make us a coffee and maybe give us a brioche as the guy at the reception promised (he was such a gentleman,i mean the receptionist) when we wanted to leave early in the morning,i don't think it would have hurt him or his pocket if he did serve us something light before our long drive. |
