The hotel is fine with good parking and swimming pool. Access to town is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi. Rooms were fine and clean. No complaints, recommended. |

Friendly helpful staff, very clean rooms, good bed, propper pillows, good clean pool, enough choice at breakfast. 2 min walk from lakeside, toures, bike hire etc booking through reception. totally relaxing hols. when booking ask for relax room with poolside view and they will accomodate you. cant think of a single thing |

Es war sehr sauber. Zentral und doch nicht mitten drinn, schnell am See Wie oben schon gesagt, das Frühstücksbuffet, ist etwas bescheiden, warscheinlich für Gruppengäste ausgerichtet. |

Отзывчивость и содействие персонала в решении личных проблем гостя. Возможно, что нам помогли даже не думая, входят ли действия персонала в их прямые обязанности. !.В номере, который мы занимали, было очень тесно. Мы бы убрали диванчик, а на его место переставили шкаф. Иначе, если 1 пользуется шкафом, второй просто не может пересечь комнату. На балконе желательно поставить столик нормальной высоты, а не низкий. Мы, например, любим потрапезничать на балконе... |

We hadden een aardig balkon en het zwembad van het hotel was prima. Slechts 5 min lopen naar het meer. Gratis parking. De kamer was redelijk donker en oogde oud. Was redelijk schoon. |

Mooi hotel , ontbijtbuffet was in orde. Prachtig zwembad. Goed gelegen.De airco was geruisloos, de kamer perfect geclimatiseerd. Geen minibar in de kamer. |

Unserem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen, hochgelegenen Zimmer wurde entsprochen. Das Hotel ist sehr günstig gelegen und hat einen sehr schönen Swimmingpool. Die Bedienungen beim Frühstück waren allesamt übellaunig. |

Zeer gunstige ligging: oever van het meer op korte loopafstand.Ook dicht bij Verona en leuke dorpjes. Lekker zwembad, schone kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was matig. |

Das Hotel liegt nahe beim See, ist sehr sauber, freundlich und ruhig. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind beschränkt, so dass nicht immer genügend Plätze da waren. |

Perfetto nella pulizia della camera, tranquillo e vicino alla spiaggia. Parcheggio grande in cui è abbastanza semplice trovare un posto. Velocissimi nel risolvere un problema alla doccia della camera. Nelle 3 notti che ho soggiornato è capitato un paio di volte durante i pomeriggi di attendere oltre 10 minuti l'addetto alla reception per riprendere le chiavi della camera. Un pò lontano dal centro di Riva, consiglio l'uso dell'auto.. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber über die schöne Seepromenade ist dies in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Garten und die Poolanlage ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Bad war zwar sauber geputzt, aufgrund seines Alters ist es aber schon ziemlich abgenützt. Bei Zimmer mit strassenseitiger Lage erheblicher Verkehrslärm. |

Es war für 3 Übernachtungen gut. Leider direkt an der Straße und keine Klimaanlage, daher etwas laut wenn die Fenster offen waren. Frühstück war ok und ausreichend. Zimmer sauber und ok von der Größe. |
