Friendly helpful multilingual staff in this family run hotel, they could not do enough for you. It was our 30th anniversary, I had asked to suprise my wife with a cake and champagne on the day and they could not be more attentive to detail that night fantastic place. When it came to paying the bill the owner gave us the champagne on the house "hey don't expect the same" we are very special people. Everything was great. |

Staff were terrific. Helpful to non-italian speakers, good humored. Nice continental breakfast. Very clean, up to date bathrooms and rooms in general. We came to wind surf and could have stayed in Torbole, closer to the windsurfing action. However, we were delighted with our choice, which made it easier to access the Riva del Garda center. |

Nice place with plenty of room and helpful staff. Plenty of parking compared to other hotels, and even when the car park was full, the staff helped you find somewhere to park. Pool area and gardens where better than average in the area. Restaurant staff were excellent. Nice hotel. Breakfast was OK but there could have been a bit more choice. A toaster would have been nice.. |

A very clean & comfortable hotel with a nice pool area. A little far from the centre of Riva - a good 25 minute walk. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut. Nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber über die schöne Seepromenade ist dies in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Der Garten und die Poolanlage ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Bad war zwar sauber geputzt, aufgrund seines Alters ist es aber schon ziemlich abgenützt. Bei Zimmer mit strassenseitiger Lage erheblicher Verkehrslärm. |

Es war für 3 Übernachtungen gut. Leider direkt an der Straße und keine Klimaanlage, daher etwas laut wenn die Fenster offen waren. Frühstück war ok und ausreichend. Zimmer sauber und ok von der Größe. |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und der Garten mit Pool gemütlich und ruhig. Die Relaxzimmer sind etwas klein aber schön renoviert und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht zu helfen und Auskunft zu geben... Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider etwas dürftig (kaum Auswahl), dafür bekommt man einen super Capuccino. |

Gutes Buffet, schöner Pool. Durch das Zimmer liefen Heizungsrohre, die den Boden stark erwärmten. Dadurch war es die ganze Nacht total heiß im Zimmer=> schlafen unmöglich! |

Schnelles und unkompliziertes buchen über das internet und unkompliziertes einchecken. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig so dass man auch sich in deutsch verständigen konnte DAs Frühstücksbuffet war etwas langweilig und einfach, frisches Obst statt Dosenobst wäre nett. |

Blick auf die Berge; gute Lage: Nähe zum See und zum historischen Zentrum; Sauberkeit Die Mitarbeiter (Frühstücksservice) haben zwar ihre Pflicht erfüllt, jedoch teilweise nicht sehr freundlich. Habe auch beobachtet, dass sie vor den Gästen miteinander nicht sehr freundlich umgehen - das schafft eine gespannte Atmosphäre. |
