The hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to Sirmione. The pool was lovely,staff was very friendly and helpful,and the breakfast was the best we had throughout our entire trip to Italy. The hotel is located inside the city walls, right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The lake itself is a very short walk away. We would have liked to stay longer than we did. The shower was extremely small, and its doors were broken, causing a small flood in the tiny bathroom. |

The facility was very nice, quiet, clean, safe and central to everything. Appreciated the free parking at the hotel and the English speaking person at the desk. The swimming pool area was clean and well kept--would be a relaxing break had we had time to use it. The breakfast was outstanding--the best we've had. We had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Great overall value. This was not the hotel's fault but it was difficult to find the hotel winding through the small streets that were crowded with pedestrians. However, we pulled over on a side street and called them and they gave easy directions. |

The hotel was situated nicely within the peninsula--close to shopping, castle, hiking to ruins. Breakfast spread was awesome--great selection and great service. On site parking was available and close by. View was good. Two days was enough to stay in Sirmione although we booked 3 nights in the hotel. We asked to leave early (although contract stated no refund) and were told it would not be a problem and we would not be charged for the day we left early. We packed our belongings, headed to check out, and they changed their minds about charging us for leaving 1 day early. |

Booked very last minuet, we had a very good room with a nice balcony on the top floor, so you get a view of the lake. The staff are very helpful, the breakfast was fresh and tasty. This hotel is spot on for location to Sirmione , and they have bikes that you can use for free . very quiet as well , on Wednesday and Thursday we were the only guests in the hotel. Would go back again . John and Fiona |

The friendliness of the hotel receptionist. Very noisy with people traffic. I had asked for a quiet room, and the room was above the main door, facing the street. They would not change my room when I requested. Hotel is in poor condition, read about this in my statement in number 1. |

The location, the pool and the staff The hotel needs a facelift, we had a shower that leaked because the shower door needed sealing and there was a damp patch on the bathroom ceiling. |

The hotel pool was a definite plus for us. The location was very central. The staff were excellent and extremly helpfull and because of them we would definitly return. The rooms were ok but in serious need of redecoration. A little updating would go along way as the rooms are quite spacious!! |

Ottima posizione (proprio davanti alle terme), la piscina è molto bella e lo staff cordiale. Colazione che puntava sull'economia ma era comunque abbondante.Le stanze erano arredate in modo molto datato con fili che uscivano dalle prese di corrente ma tutto sommato non mi interessava più di tanto. Se non si hanno grandi pretese questo hotel è molto carino ma non è sicuramente paragonabile al lusso di un 4 stelle. |
