Hotel Brunelleschi    

Centrally located in the Duomo area. Walking distance to Ufizi Gallery and all major sights in Florence. Contemporary design, lovely interiors and newly renovated lobby and rooms. Good spread of continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We were celebrating our anniversary - they upgraded us to a large room and provided a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine. Very impressive!

Noise from the street outside- request to stay at a higher floor.

this is a beautiful updcale hotel right in the center of Florence. The location is fabulous, the hotel has been completely renovated, the facilites are excellent,

when you travel by car, the location of the hotel is not included in the navigation system and it is hard to reach .

The bathroom can't be locked and the door is translucent and the shower is so tiny .. Even in the delux not standard room

I cannot accept expensive Internet. It is very difficult to reach the hotel by car even with gps.

Extremely hard bed

The location is perfect and everything nice, new and clean. Gourmet restaurant is remarkable, especially the service. If travelling by car make sure you consult the hotel's homepage for directions otherwise you GPV device will fail to navigate you through the medieval streets maze

You'd expect wardrobes and slipers in the hotel like this.Despite located in the very old historical building the rooms are absolutely unremarkable and reminding thouse of huge american chain hotels.

Very conveniently located to many Florence attractions. Modern design integrated into historic buildings and area.

Room was a bit small with too little storage space. Would have appreciated wifi/internet connection to be included in cost of room.

The location is superb and the staff so helpful. The hotel is set in the centre of old Florence and is full of character. It is an expensive hotel but you get looked after very well and the rooms are very beautiful. The St Elizabetta restaurant is wonderful - breakfast is excellent - the only thing they didn't manage was gluten free bread for my husband at breakfast. It seemed strange that the other two restaurants in the hotel always managed to have gluten free bread but not the breakfast restaurant.

I do feel that in an age of technology a hotel which costs as much to stay in as the Brunelleschi shoul not be charging extra for wifi!

Hotel facilities (remodeling and up-graded very nice, sober but elegant style). Perfect location (quiet area very near the Duomo and from Piazza della Signoria).

Reception personnel need of some improvements, some details of attention with customers.

Il ristorante che ci hanno indicato la prima sera era pessimo. Improponibile raggiungere l'hotel in macchina causa via di accesso molto stretta e sempre affollata di turisti.
