Le côté historique du bâtiment principal, la décoration des communs. Niveau de propreté assez limite notamment dans la salle de bain. Meubles de moyenne voire basse qualité pour l'équipement de la suite. |

La qualité du personnel et les chambres étaient parfaites. L'hotel est extêmement bien situé en plein de de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les matelas sont vraiment très confortables. Si on a une grosse voiture, il sera difficile d'y accéder par les ruelles. Parcontre concernant le parking, l'hotel propose une formule de garage à 30 euros pour 24 h alors que les parking publicssont à 70 euros pour la même durée ! |

Location, near center of Florence. The exterior of hotel and front desk are beautiful; staff is very friendly and helpful. The carpeting was very dirty and stained. The shower curtain was stained,worn and dirty. Hotel room was worn out, and is no longer a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't even give the room a 2 star based on the carpeting. |

Situated very close to the city center to explore museums, galleries ect. Comfortable, clean junior suite, spacious (two rooms). Friendly, well english speaking staff, delicious breakfast ( included hot meal), tastefully decorated rooms. |

Service was exceptional, as was the location. I had to hire a taxi to lead us to it, but that was more a function of the convoluted streets in old Florence and WELL worth the bother! |

Breakfast was worth the money. Good pillows. Centrally located, which was nice. WiFi access was a plus. Tube hair dryer should be replaced with a proper hair dryer in the bathroom. The standard European plugs do not fit in the electrical sockets. |

The Hotel itself is beautiful and is very deserving of it;s 4 star rating. It truly feels like a top hotel. The Lobby and facade of the builing are gorgeous and the rooms are quite nice as well. They have fabulous bathrooms and eve if you are street side, the noise and excitement from the crowds below are a wonderful way to fall asleep. The breakfast was good but not great. |

Beautiful Hotel, excellent location, great staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms nicely decorated, fantastic washroom, large closet space. All the staff were superb. Internet access in beautiful lounge area. Absolutely cannot say enough about how great it was. |

The hotel was located right in the middle of a lovely area of Florence. We had a lovely view of the piazza, with it's brightly lit carousel and wonderful restaurants. The Duomo is just around the corner. In fact, we were able to walk to just about everything we wished to see. The hotel itself is lovely with it's tall ceilings, fabric lined walls, marble bathrooms and old world charm. |

Helpful and efficient staff. Cleanliness of the room and an excellent bathroom. Extremely convenient situation. Quiet at night. No view, but offset by quiet surroundings. |
