Very helpful, friendly employee, upgrading our room was a very nice gesture. Clean rooms, beautiful views, close to the main attractions. Excellent value for money.
WiFi is not accessible in the rooms.
The room was beautiful, great amenities, breakfast was very nice, location could not have been better. It was really hard to find but totally worth the adventure.
The bed was so hard I couldnt sleep at all. We got an upgrade at checkin but i guess because of the language barrier we thought the upgrade was for a different amount that what we saw at check out. It was a shock to see the bill, wouldnt have been so bad if the bed wasnt so hard. Also it was really weird with the heating, you couldnt turn off the heating in your room you had to call the front desk. No one told us that so the first night we were sweating it was so hot (the heat would turn itself back on after 10 minutes of being shut off).
The location near the center of the city. About 5 min from the train station & 20 min from the airport. Nice room decorations. The staffs were very nice.
The room kind of small.
Great hotel, nice room and good breakfast (with mimosas and cappuccino).
Room was a little warm, so we had to open the window which allowed for street noise to get in the room.
Location, comfort and design.
Cost does not justify the quality of room. Wardrobe far too small.
The hotels design, the helpful staff, the location
This was the most enjoyable stay on our 2-week trip to Rome, Florence and Venice. The Brunelleschi is perfectly located in a quiet cul-de-sac which amazingly is only minutes to the busy Duomo. Staff are helpful and smiling, rooms are comfortable with all mod con, and the small restaurant is a gem. The hotel is truly one of a kind, representing the best of Florence and Tuscany. Unconditionally highly recommended!
Nothing...but a tip: some bedrooms have steps inside the door, so if you can't tackle that ask for a room without steps.
My son is studying abroad in Rome. I went to visit and we jumped a train to Florence. Found this hotel last minute and was blown away at how amazing it was! And I travel constantly. I really can't say enough good things about the rooms, location, staff and amazing breakfast! We stayed 3 days and it was heaven! Don't pass this sweet jewel of a hotel by, it's a five star hotel at an affordable price, smack in the middle of EVERYTHING!
We loved this hotel - very central, with a lovely atmosphere. Amazingly the hotel upgraded our room to a suite and it was just fantastic. Unbelieveably comfortable beds, beautiful views, fabulous bathroom & lounge area - just brilliant all round.
Its location! Quality, modern refurbishments Great facilities Friendly, helpful staff
Main restaurant downstairs wasn't to our taste Price of rooms has gone up a lot
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a bonus. We ate at the hotel on two occasions and the food and service was excellent. Very good choice of breakfast buffet. Florence is a lovely city.
We were upgraded to a junior suite. No room in the tower lovely room, excellent amenities. Modern decorating. Comfortable and quiet.
Very dark. Located in corner of inner streets. Room was so dark despite windows. Airless too. Although good ac. We changed to hotel on river
Hotel with very central location. Actually, I wake up by Duomo cathedral. it's very unusual alarm clock. :) Hotel isn't big but very clean, amazing rooms(from some rooms you can see Doumo). I think it's luxury. All sightseeings are reached by walk, so you can see very unusual city - full of history(Leonardo, Michelangelo, ...). So if you want to explore renaissance and ,of course, Italian's cuisine :), it's the best hotel.
Location is very central, lots to do walking around, very nice staff and helpful, very good hotel, we had a great suite with views of piazza duomo and the museo
If you are driving, it is very hard to find and get to, as i turned around four times before finding it!
The perfect base for a city break. Luxurious.
