La vicinanza al centro e il sito in un luogo storico. Il personale, soprattutto quello del ristorante (prima colazione) è impacciato e sempre tra i piedi, non si accorge di quello che manca, non saluta gentilmente né all'arrivo né alla partenza, Guarda in continuazione senza curarsi della riservatezza. Insomma non è adeguatamente preparato a servire professionalmente. |

La vicinanza al Duomo e al centro città La camera affacciava nella parte interna dell'hotel. Molto rumorosa, poichè nei pressi della cucina sottostante, anche se gli infissi erano abbastanza buoni e lasciavano entrare solo un leggero brusio che non disturbava il sonno. Internet a pagamento. |

Cortesia personale reception, pulizia stanza, posizione centrale. La colazione non all'altezza di un 4 stelle: bisognava fare la fila in piedi per prendere un tavolo. Ascensore che conduce dal 1° al 3° piano malfunzionante. 30€ per un parcheggio di 24h una vettura utilitaria. |

Location, near center of Florence. The exterior of hotel and front desk are beautiful; staff is very friendly and helpful. The carpeting was very dirty and stained. The shower curtain was stained,worn and dirty. Hotel room was worn out, and is no longer a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't even give the room a 2 star based on the carpeting. |

Situated very close to the city center to explore museums, galleries ect. Comfortable, clean junior suite, spacious (two rooms). Friendly, well english speaking staff, delicious breakfast ( included hot meal), tastefully decorated rooms. |

Service was exceptional, as was the location. I had to hire a taxi to lead us to it, but that was more a function of the convoluted streets in old Florence and WELL worth the bother! |

Breakfast was worth the money. Good pillows. Centrally located, which was nice. WiFi access was a plus. Tube hair dryer should be replaced with a proper hair dryer in the bathroom. The standard European plugs do not fit in the electrical sockets. |

The Hotel itself is beautiful and is very deserving of it;s 4 star rating. It truly feels like a top hotel. The Lobby and facade of the builing are gorgeous and the rooms are quite nice as well. They have fabulous bathrooms and eve if you are street side, the noise and excitement from the crowds below are a wonderful way to fall asleep. The breakfast was good but not great. |

Beautiful Hotel, excellent location, great staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms nicely decorated, fantastic washroom, large closet space. All the staff were superb. Internet access in beautiful lounge area. Absolutely cannot say enough about how great it was. |

The hotel was located right in the middle of a lovely area of Florence. We had a lovely view of the piazza, with it's brightly lit carousel and wonderful restaurants. The Duomo is just around the corner. In fact, we were able to walk to just about everything we wished to see. The hotel itself is lovely with it's tall ceilings, fabric lined walls, marble bathrooms and old world charm. |

Helpful and efficient staff. Cleanliness of the room and an excellent bathroom. Extremely convenient situation. Quiet at night. No view, but offset by quiet surroundings. |
