Great location, beautiful building and room. The breakfast was above average.

Location, near center of Florence. The exterior of hotel and front desk are beautiful; staff is very friendly and helpful.

The carpeting was very dirty and stained. The shower curtain was stained,worn and dirty. Hotel room was worn out, and is no longer a 4 star hotel. I wouldn't even give the room a 2 star based on the carpeting.

Service was exceptional, as was the location.

I had to hire a taxi to lead us to it, but that was more a function of the convoluted streets in old Florence and WELL worth the bother!

Breakfast was worth the money. Good pillows. Centrally located, which was nice. WiFi access was a plus.

Tube hair dryer should be replaced with a proper hair dryer in the bathroom. The standard European plugs do not fit in the electrical sockets.

Beautiful Hotel, excellent location, great staff, delicious breakfast, spacious rooms nicely decorated, fantastic washroom, large closet space. All the staff were superb. Internet access in beautiful lounge area. Absolutely cannot say enough about how great it was.

The hotel was located right in the middle of a lovely area of Florence. We had a lovely view of the piazza, with it's brightly lit carousel and wonderful restaurants. The Duomo is just around the corner. In fact, we were able to walk to just about everything we wished to see. The hotel itself is lovely with it's tall ceilings, fabric lined walls, marble bathrooms and old world charm.

The best part of our stay was Paulo, he was very nice to us and took care of our needs. This hotel is very close to major attractions.

Yes, we had booked a double room and on the 1st night they were fully booked and put us in a single room. The bartender is very rude and thinks as if he owns the place. The breakfast: on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 4 - not good at all.

Het gehele personeel was vriendelijk en correct.De locatie is super, vooral als je de stad in wilt om te winkelen en/of te wandelen.Heel fijn om tussen het winkelen door even snel terug naar het hotel te gaan.Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de cappuccino was heerlijk!

Niet tevreden waren we nergens over, maar het heeft wel even geduurd voordat we door hadden hoe we onze kamer konden vinden. We hadden twee 1-persoonskamers (helaas niet naast elkaar, wat wel ons verzoek was bij de boeking) op de vierde verdieping.Om daar te komen moest je een aantal trapjes omhoog, een lange gang door, dan door de ontbijtzaal en de internetruimte lopen en dan weer een paar trapjes op voordat je de (juiste) lift had gevonden.Het is een hotel met heel veel trapjes. Eigenlijk wel een beetje een doolhof.Voor de rest is het een mooi oud gebouw waar iedere dag een gids met een groep voor de deur staat om er een verhaal over te vertellen.Voor het centrum volgens ons het hotel met de mooiste uitstraling!
