お風呂付でお願いしたのに着いたらお風呂がついてなく残念でしたスタッフが長電話で対応が悪い価格が高いの- に廊下をカートを引く音が響き夜ねれなかった最悪です場所もわかりづらかった

This is a luxury hotel that met all expectations. It was comfortable, clean, and the staff was wonderful. The location is perfect -- close to all of the top attractions in Florence. We'll be back!

The hotel is located ideally! Close to the main cultural places and to the shopping area.It is installed in and around an old tower. The breakfast buffet offers a full range of delicious opportunities.

I cannot believe that in such an hotel the access to Internet is not included in the price of the room and very expensive (10 € for the first hour) and not connected in WiFi! The lift from ground floor to first floor is perfect but the two lifts from the first loor to the fourth floor are not reliable (blocked once) and noisy (upto the fact that we were affraid)!.

The hotel was in a perfect location to get to all of the best things to see in Florence. The staff was incredibly helpful and the views from the rooms were beautiful.

The room with the panoramic view was perfect. Enjoyed both jacuzzi's, especially the one on the terrace looking at the duomo! Very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Friendly personnel.

It was difficult to find by car due to lack of GPS signals...

The location was fantastic. 100 yards from the Duomo and all the other museums are well within walking distance. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good and the room we had was ideal and very clean.

The only small critism I have with the hotel was that our room was on the 4th floor and we had a constant noise above us which we did not notice the first night as we arrived late and went straight to sleep after a long hard day travelling with a 5 hour delay. The noise seemed to be an engine or pump working above us somewhere. We did not complain or ask to be moved because the room was fantastic and the noise could be more or less eradicated using ear plugs. But it may upset some people

Had requested room with Duomo view but was upgraded to a suite. Got a peek at regular rooms as we walked in and out of the hotel and those were beautiful as well. Staff was impecable. Most spoke excellent English. Were able to help us with every request. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Beds were most comfortable we had during our trip in Italy. Location was perfect.

Was a long walk from reception to our rooms, was a slight problem for my mother who has problems walking long distances. Would otherwise not be a problem. Workout room was undergoing renovation.

The switching of elevators to get to the fourth floor was the only issue and not really an issue.

Bathroom was wonderful & luxury, but the course of the drainage does not work well in shower box

The hotel was very hip and in a great part of town....secluded at the end of a small tight street but close enough to get to what you wanted to see! The room we had was fabuluous! The bed was very comfty and the linens were higher end. The flat screen TV on the wall would have been great if movies were avialable to buy as the only station in English was CNN. Oh well! The bathroom was marvelous~ very modern and different-clean, clean, clean!!!! The staff was accomadating whn needed.

It would have been nice to have options like some of the other hotels throughout eu to switch stations to eng or have the option to purchase music or movie stations.
