Central location. Great breakfast with attentive staff. Upgraded room as original too small ie no hanging space for clothes. Also gave great restaurant recommendations. Before arrival emailed Concierge who obtained tickets for Accadamia Galleria and Uffizi at exact time requested. pre booked tickets is essential to avoid queues.

Everything - great value for the money. The hotel graciously upgraded our suite due to the length of our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They greeted us everytime we left or entered the hotel. The hotel was truly our "home" for ten days.

Centrally located in the Duomo area. Walking distance to Ufizi Gallery and all major sights in Florence. Contemporary design, lovely interiors and newly renovated lobby and rooms. Good spread of continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We were celebrating our anniversary - they upgraded us to a large room and provided a bottle of complimentary sparkling wine. Very impressive!

Noise from the street outside- request to stay at a higher floor.

Extremely hard bed

The location is perfect and everything nice, new and clean. Gourmet restaurant is remarkable, especially the service. If travelling by car make sure you consult the hotel's homepage for directions otherwise you GPV device will fail to navigate you through the medieval streets maze

You'd expect wardrobes and slipers in the hotel like this.Despite located in the very old historical building the rooms are absolutely unremarkable and reminding thouse of huge american chain hotels.

Il ristorante che ci hanno indicato la prima sera era pessimo. Improponibile raggiungere l'hotel in macchina causa via di accesso molto stretta e sempre affollata di turisti.

Die Lage- zentraler kann es nicht sein. Alles war überschaubar. Ein wunderbares Hotel - ich habe die Zeit dort sehr genossen
