The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the Hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of Firenze. The buffet breakfast each day was excellent. |

It's close to the train station and many restaurants and shops. The front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. Someone misplaced a decimal point when they rated it a 3 star. More like a 0.3 star. The bed was terrible and the bathroom was tiny. Couldn't turn or bend in the shower. No hooks in shower or bathroom. Water leaked through the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The hotel and rooms are old. Not quaint, just old. Parking is additional 20 euro a day. |

The courteous and helpful staff, especially the gentlemen at the desk. The nicely presented rooms, the decor, the newness of beds and mattresses, the spaciousness and high ceilings and the double windows blocking out street noise. The toilet flushings of the adjacent rooms were against the wall and very loud each time the neighbouring guests flushed during the night.. |

the personnel at the front desk very kind and helpfull -the noise from the street i could hear from the first car in the morning; -although since we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning room was made, the sheet that was dirty in the morning haven't been changed (although the bed was made) |

Location, staff and the parking place. Toilette and the shower at the same area in the bathroom. The air condition have some problem when the temprereture outside gets over 30 degree. |

la grande gentilezza dello staff. la pulizia delle stanze. la vicinanza alla stazione e al duomo. la vicinanza a bei negozi e buoni ristoranti. l eccelente rapporto qualita prezzo. il silenzio delle stanze (avevamo richiesto stanza silenziosa) e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere anche una stanza con una bellissima vista su Firenze. |

Lo único bueno es su ubicación en el centro de Florencia y un desayuno decente nada más. En España no pasaría de pensión. Aire acondicionado malo. Baño muy malo con estractor de aire con ruido espantoso. Mobiliario malo. Camas con colchones muy malos. En absoluto es un hotel limpio |
