Близко к основным достопримечательностям и в 5-ти минутах хотьбы от вокзала. Рядом также есть две конторы проката авто. И в 5-ти минутах хотьбы набережная, по которой очень приятно прогулять вечером после ужина. Персонал отеля очень приветлив, говорит на английском. При приезде дают карту города и подробные инструкции где что находится. Кондеционер работает хорошо. Соотношение цена/качество отличное! Номера очень простые, зато просторные. Ванная комната большая, есть даже ванная. Шумоизоляция отвратительная. Все слышно. |

Останавливались с 6 по 8 августа 2009 г. на две ночи с ребенком 5 лет. Довольно удачное расположение за такие деньги - недалеко от центра, с парковкой (мы были на машине). Единственное, окна открыть ночью нельзя - шумно. Но есть нормально работающий кондиционер. Завтрак неплохой - проблем не было. Остались довольны. |

The location is very good, within 5 minutes from the main train station. The staff is a little bit cool for the first impression. When I asked about our TV, he showed quite annoyed to me which made me think of he want to ask for money from that.... |

Amazing location (a short walk to all the sights), friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big and clean, although the furniture was old. Breakfast was OK, but the coffee from the machine was terrible. |

Nothing. Only booked it for proximity to station but those who complemented it on the web site had to be staying somewhere else!! Rude man on the desk. Mosquitos in the rooms, all of the gusets were complaining of bites at breakfast. Steer clear is our advice, pleased I was only there 2 nights. It is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel. |

This was a great hotel, the staff were very friendly and most helpfull. I had a very comfortable quiert room and the decor was very nice for a hotel. The buffet breakfast was exelent. Extreemly conviniently placed. I would recomend this hotel to anyone but especially to single travellers. |

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location The hotel looked grubby and tired. We only had one cup in our double room and there were dirty glasses sitting outside our door for the whole of our two-night stay, although we had mentioned these incidents when we first arrived. |

Excellent location - maximum 20 mins walk to most of the important touristic targets of Florence. Parking although very tight was extremely welcome for us travelling by car. Staff was very nice and helpful. |
