Convenient to town & to local highway. Helpful staff.

Room was smaller than we would have liked.

We loved the air conditioning. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, and the fact that the staff all spoke English, and were friendly to us. It was nice to come back after a long day of sightseeing and have a nice shower and cool off. We also enjoyed the breakfast included.

nothing, The reviews on web were totaly misleading, regarding location, staff and style. I chose it as it had the higest point review. We stayed the following night at a B/B "Nintos" at the airport, it was fresh, welcoming, friendly and good value, you should go and learn from them it would be a cheap training program for your staff.

staff unfriendly, unhelpfull. Decor very old and tired, needs a total revamp. When we asked for a drink at 3pm we were told the bar was shut, we only wanted coke and water!! this is the high season and your hotel felt empty, I dont know how you survive. When we arrive the receptionist gave out to my child for fliping up one of the rugs in the hall as she draged along her wheel suitcase, I realy think you should look at your whole business, from top to bottom and either close it or do it right.

Pleasant experience. A little outside of city centre but provision of bicycles a positive addition. Visited Venice from here bus to station and half hour trip to Venice by train. Hotel clean and staff pleasant. Swimming pool an extra bonus.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff

I must confess to some surprise that a 4 star hotel can get away with offering no refreshment of any kind, not even a bar, on a Sunday evening. I thought that the dreary British Sunday was dead, but it is alive and well and living in Treviso.

hotel veramente confortevole ed ospitale l'ambiente familiare ed intimo mi hanno fatto sentire a casa.la camera che mi eì stata assegnata era veramente pulita.la colazione al buffet gremita, sfiziosa e di prima qualita'( frutta fresca ogni mattina)degno di nota il personale del ricevimento, sia dall'accoglienza ricevuta che a tutte le preziose informazioni riguardo la citta' ed i suoi dintorni. sicuramente un hotel da consigliare a tutti coloro che vogliono soggiornare in un ambiente gradevole e tranquillo

Le petit déjeuner, chiche et peu varié pour un 4 étoiles.Les serviettes de bain dédiées non disponibles à la piscine, qui auraient pu être rapportées à la piscine sans remarque totalement inappropriée. Le rapport qualité prix élevé en week end de 2 nuits consécutives

La colazione poteva essere più curata ulizzando marmellate fresche, aggiungere yogourt al naturale, possibilità di fare dei tost con pane a cassetta e presenza della tostiera.
