I liked the restaurant outside the hotel and they looked after our bags until we went to the airport, I did noy like the abruptness of the staff |

Great location--it was a short walk from Termini Station, and it was very easy to walk or take public transportation to all the major sights in Rome from the hotel. For an international traveler, the 10 AM check-in was wonderful. We arrived at about 10:30 after traveling all night and morning. It was great to shower and nap before heading out into the city. Very thin towels, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The front desk staff was more brusque than friendly and not particularly interested in helping guests in terms of where to go, where to eat and what to do. That was fine for us but might not be for others. |

Close to main train terminal , central for all of Rome attractions. Poor facilities. TV reception, Internet, Room fridges were always faulty. |

Yes the lift is old and I had to go up the stairs 4 times the fourth floor. And the price of 24/5 was to expencive because there was the game!!!! Not fair. |

The proximity to the train station They gave me a room, I went there and it was dirty, bed not fixed, food on the table. I went back and got an other room, the front desk person did not even apologize, and gave me another room. the room was ready this time, but the hallway smelled horrible, i don't understand how it got 3 stars. It was disgusting. |

Website stated wired internet connection free of charge in entire hotel. There was only one connection which was not free of charge. It was not possible to have receipt upon leaving at an early time (6 in the morning) as only the manager can deliver them... |

Все очень понравилось. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Близость к вокзалу Termini и к экскурсионным автобусам радует особенно. Вокруг много магазинов и ресторанчиков. Очень скудные завтраки. Круассаны вместо хлеба. Булочек как в других отелях не подают. |

Zentrale Lage zur Stadtbesichtigung, kein Durchgangsverkehr, schnell zum Termini ohne Taxi, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die nahen Pizzerien. Die Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig.Im Bad befanden sich an den Wänden festgeklebte Kaugummireste. Die Dusche war mit einem Draht befestigt und konnte nicht mehr verschoben werden. Duschtür ließ sich nicht mehr ganz schließen. Minibar war leer.Fernseher konnte nicht angestellt werden. |

Ich bin schon mehrfach Gast in diesem Hotel gewesen und schätze vorallem die unkomplizierte Abwicklung.Die "Rezeption" und die Angestellten sind freundlich und sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. |

La vicinanza alla stazione Termini. 1. Pagamento anticipato senza immediata ricevuta (per ottenerla abbiamo dovuto richiederla); 2. La stanza era sporca (sia pulizia del pavimento che le lenzuola); 3. L'acqua calda e il riscaldamento sono assenti nelle ore notturne; 4. Mancanze di finestre e/o ventole nel bagno; 5. Carenza e inadeguatezza degli accessori nel bagno; 6. Mobilia rotta e sporca. |
