Hotel California is too close to the central Termini railway station, it's about 100 meters, just 2 minutes of easy walking.

For an international traveler, the 10 AM check-in was wonderful. We arrived at about 10:30 after traveling all night and morning. It was great to shower and nap before heading out into the city. Very thin towels, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The front desk staff was more brusque than friendly and not particularly interested in helping guests in terms of where to go, where to eat and what to do. That was fine for us but might not be for others.	5.5

I went back and got an other room, the front desk person did not even apologize, and gave me another room. the room was ready this time, but the hallway smelled horrible, i don't understand how it got 3 stars. Die Sauberkeit in dem Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig.Im Bad befanden sich an den Wänden festgeklebte Kaugummireste. Die Dusche war mit einem Draht befestigt und konnte nicht mehr verschoben werden. Duschtür ließ sich nicht mehr ganz schließen. Minibar war leer.Fernseher konnte nicht angestellt werden.	4.5
