Great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We did not find the front desk staff to be very helpful. They provided the minimum amount of information that they could. |

Our room & bathroom was beatifully furnished & modern, nicely appointed and very clean. Our view was priceless! We looked directly at the Duomo! The hotel is small, centrally located for both sightseeing and shopping & the staff accomodating. Everything in Florence is walking distance. If we are blessed to visit Florence, again, we would definitely stay at this hotel. |

excellent location, beds were comfortable there was a continuous leakage sound in the room (probably from the mini bar), bath was extremely small, hair drier not efectively working - bring your own, poor bathing conditions |

The staff serving breakfast were friendly. I had requested a non-smoking room. Although the room did not have any ashtrays, it was obvious that it has been used as a smoking room in the past as the smoke smell lingered in the room, especially on the curtain fabric. The reception staff and night porter were very unfriendly and impolite. |

I would recommend this hotel to everybody, it was excellent! The location it's amazing, the staff is excellent the rooms are great, the breakfast rich and fresh! A great value for your money! |

Definitely I will go again. Hotel is in excellent location. I will ask for a higher level room. Staff very friedly. The gentleman Raymond is very very helpful. I stayed on 1st floor so it was a bit noisy at night. Next time I will ask for a higher level. |

Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and dining. Clean room, good breakfast and hospitality of the staff. Space around the reception desk is too small. |

The hotel was very centrally located to most sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff was pleasant, helpful and most of them spoke English. Good value for the price. Clean room. |

I liked the central location...nearness to shopping and fine restaurants like Ale Muratte and Sabatini's....I shall return. YES...found it extremely difficult to reserve a room. |

We were on our honeymoon and the staff was really wonderful...gave us a nice room with a view, brought a bottle of prosecco to our room, and were always friendly and helpful. They even accomodated our unfortunate check-in time of 1am after we arrived on a late flight. |

This hotel was in a great location. Taking a left or right out of the hotel brought you to some of the best places in Florance. The train station was only a 10 minute walk. The staff was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. If we ever go back to Florance we will stay here. |

The location is ideal to most of the major sites. Via Calzaiuoli is a fairly busy street, yet our room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay there again. |

It was very central to all tourist sites especially The Duomo. Holiday ruined first day by the fact they do not have irons in room or at reception. I was not prepared to pay to have my clothes sent out - what century is this hotel chain living in? |
