Το ξενοδοχείο είναι κεντρικό με καλή ηχομόνωση, καλή λειτουργία κλιματισμού και καθαρό Δεν υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστοι χώροι που να ικανοποιούν, μικρό δωμάτιο,το διπλό κρεβάτι άβολο με στρώμα να μετακινείται, μέτριο πρωινό με αμερικάνικο καφέ που δεν πίνεται. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach any interesting historical point in the city. The standard room is Ok although small. The staff in general is very kind especially the staff at the reception is very very hekpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will certainly recommend it to our friends. |

The location was perfect. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The staff were very helpful. We booked rooms at the beginning and end of our trip and had two good rooms, one with a view and very large bathroom. |

Our stay was most enjoyable, the staff were very helpful with booking attractions and the accomodations were great. Breakfast was ample with a good selection of different choices. Difficult to get to by car and although I requested a Duomo view, none received and no explantion or apology by staff. |

Our hotel room was comfortable and quiet. The room door locks could be upgraded to magnetic cards for securing...as opposed to the current key system. (This would aid in promoting better germ control from person to person.) |

The very centre of Florence with all the important sites within easy walking distance, We arrived and the car was taken away and parked for us withing 10 minutes and returned almost as fast. |

The hotel room was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the air conditioning worked and in the heat of Florence that was great. The staff were always polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was central to all of the sites and I would highly recommend it. |

The hotel and its location it is super: in the middle between the two biggest touristical attractions: the Dome and the Plaza de Signoria. Perfect service, nice room. Strongly recommended. When we go back to Florence, no doubt about the choice of the hotel! If anything is to be improved, then it would be the parking facilities: they are way too expensive : min. 30 up to 70 !!! euro per day: more expensive than the hotel it self (per person). But this is a known problem/(abuse) in Florence. |

The location of the Hotel is perfect if you are doing tourism in Florence. The internet is not incluided and very expensive. Hope they change that one day. |
