The location was perfect as a base to explore Florence. The room was large, comfortable and had views into the main shopping street. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice.

One very small comment that the breakfast room is relatively small and at times got quite busy but each morning everyone got a table so it wasn't a problem.

Everything was fantastic, beautiful rooms, all new and clean, both rooms were nice and big, free wifi in rooms, location could't be better! Loved the place! Breakfast was good too.

It is dificult reach hotel without staff directions, if you drive with car. Hotel is located in pedestrian aria.

The location was perfect! Right by piazza republicca and piazza della signoria. The room was huge compared to other Italian hotels I stayed at and the bathroom equally large. The front desk was extremely helpful in helping us plan a trip to Siena and chianti. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Modern comfort. Good Air Conditioning, comfortable beds and linens. Wonderful breakfast. Best location in Florence. Friendly staff. Perfecto !

Just the location and the receptionist at the night shift on 1st May

Our room (102) was right opposite the kitchen and on the same floor as the breakfast room do we woke up at 5.30 am with cutlery noise and staff talking. When we complained the receptionist argued that the time the breakfast room opens is at 6 and not at 5.30....

Pretty, clean and comfortable room. Excellent location absolutely perfect between Duomo and Uffizi. Wonderful breakfast with large buffet selection included in room charge. Interrnational clientelle. Would highly recommend to any visitor to Florence. I am a repeat visitor and lived there for 2 years and feel that I am an expert on what Florence ha to offer!

- Location was close to everything - Most service staff were friendly - Umbrella's were readily available when it was raining - Breakfast was great - Rooms were relatively soundproofed for one of the rooms that faced the main street

- Greeted by the occasional reception staff that weren't too friendly - The smaller rooms had no shower doors or curtain, the splash made the toilet rather wet

Soundproof, doors didn't fit.Size of room. No drawer space whatsoever. Lack of shower curtain. Bidet position, facing toilet bowl approx. seven inches apart, no knee space. No bath,no shower curtain or proper partition from shower to rest of room.

EVERYTHING was amazing, nothing to complain about. Shops all over. Between 2 beautiful piazzas. Location, amazing. Few blocks from Ponte Vecchio.

Very convenient location, right in the center of tourist attraction. Very tiny breakfast room with reasonable selection of food, but service in breakfast room is very good.

Hotel located at one of main shopping road, therefore rooms facing to the main road are very noisy 24 hours. Didn't sleep the first night due to noisy activities on the street until switched to the room at the back the next day.

We loved our stay. It was a perfect location, right in the center of Florence. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was great too. Loved the new room.

don't get a room overlooking the street! I couldn't belive how loud the "young people" were and how long they screamed and yelled throughout the night!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. Room was big with beautiful views of the Duomo and city. Bed and pillows were American style and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff very friendly. I will definitely stay here again !!

The location is really great. The staff is friendly both with the reception and also the restaurant.

The room if coupled with a boiling kettle would be a great convenience and comfort for guests to make themselves a cup of tea especially in winter time. The bathroom could be cleaner as there was traces of left long hair in the knob area of the bathtub.
