the location is perfect and the staffs are quite helpful. The rooms are beatiful, european styles. Everything is good here. Consider the price, it's really worth it. |

Location was truly excellent although for those who arrive by their own car as we did, driving through old town was a real challenge. Next time we will come to Firenze by train and stay at the same hotel. Firenze is the most friendly city towards tourist we have ever visited. Hotel staff, people on the streets, policemen, everybody very polite and helpful. As I have mentioned it was difficult to drive to the hotel. |

location is super. Close to everything you should see end do in Florance. Room are nice, good matrasses, good equiped bathroom with jaccuzi. You can make tea and coffee in the room. breakfast was modest but enough. Meat and cheese were good quality. |

The location was great and in the heart of all of the attractions. It was steps away from the Duomo and the major galleries. The room was spacious, clean and well kept. I highly recommend. |

The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to reach any interesting historical point in the city. The standard room is Ok although small. The staff in general is very kind especially the staff at the reception is very very hekpful. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will certainly recommend it to our friends. |
