位置太方便了，2分钟可到圣百花教堂，5分钟到乌菲奇，火车站、维奇奥桥和山上米开朗基罗广场均步行可至。- 酒店房间不大。预定入住日前10天就强行从信用卡划账，邮件询问说只是预授权。本已做好与店家理论的准备，- 好在入住时酒店就承认是失误。周围有不少商店，逛累了可先回酒店小憩。强烈推荐酒店出门左手第一个胡同内的- PAO LI餐厅，第一次也是偶然闯入，里面的壁画和食物让我们下定决心把它当成我们的定点餐厅，又和朋友一起去了- 两次，居然还允许我们自己带酒。有一道风干鸭十分好吃，推荐！

There was not correspondence in the final bill with the cost per day as indicated in the booking accepted via booking. I find this very strange for such a four star hotel..!

Above all, you would find it hard to beat the location of this hotel. It is located right in centre of Florence, just off Piazza Signoria. Do not let the small unimpressive reception desk fool you. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff extremely courteous. I was a bit apprehensive having read the negative comments on trip advisor about the noise from the street not letting guest get a good night rest, however, I did not have this problem.

I liked everything about the hotel with the possible exception that the hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, so if you have a car that may be a bit of a problem.

Location was great. Cool view of the Duomo from our room.

My wife is a stickler for cleanliness especially in the bathroom. Upon arrival she immediately noticed 6-9 black hairs around the bathroom sink, toilet, tub and...yes...the bed. Completely ruined things despite it being a nice room. I'm a guy and don't care until it effects my wife. Once she is grossed out, so much for romance.

Do not stay at this hotel never! The staff is unprepared and rude . The housekeeper take out the room cups and not replaced them, I noticed at evening and ask 2 cups to the reception . The reception person told me that he couldn't do anything, I insistes and he started to speak loud - unacceptable!

Location is wonderful for a reasonable price. You are 20 meters from Piazza della Signoria, everything in the city is wonderful Rooms are very spacious and clean Staff demonstrated to be prompt and kind You are in the middle of Florence and you don't hear a noise from you room!!

The entrance and the reception are very small an slightly aged. But the rest of the hotel is great.

The staff were very professional and helpful and it has a great location in the centre of Florence. The beds were comfortable too!

This is a lovely, comfortable hotel in the centre of a pedestrian shopping area only steps away from all the major sites and great restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and attentive (thank you Raymond), and able to accommodate my early arrival from Canada. My room was on the quiet side of the hotel with no view but very restful. Really appreciated the kettle and selection of coffees, teas and hot chocolate in the room. Buffet breakfast was ample and excellent. Overall I loved it and will be back.

Little to criticize. A makeup/shaving mirror in the bathroom would be great as well as facial tissues.

Very clean and updated room, linens, bathroom. Well appointed. Breakfast room very adequate, charming and food was substantial. Staff excellent. Front desk staff very professional and courteous. A very pleasant experience for three mature women.

The room is great,clean, big.
