The staff was very very helpful and catered for all our needs. We were very grateful that the staff went of their way to help us on a certain occassion. They were fluent in other languages especially english. I do strongly recomed it and I am sure to visit it again if I were to go to Verona.

The rooms were of a high standard and the staff were friendly and efficient, overall a very pleasant experience. The location is very good providing you are able to walk a few hundred meters. On street parking, although the porter did help me to find a parking space on my first day I think I would have struggled to park nearby again had I needed to use my car during the stay.

The location was brilliant, with most sights within walking distance. The staff were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble (i.e. ordering taxis, booking trips, providing free maps & information). The food & cleanliness were 1st class and made our stay completely relaxed & enjoyable.

Exellent Breakfast buffet incl. various bread types, much appreciated, also the parking-ticket service every morning the started soap was removed, the provided soap was big enough to last for 3 days, no need to waste it (carbon footprint!!)

The buffet breakfast was extremely good. The hotel was close to the Arena and the centre of Verona so very conveniently situated. One or two things were confusing at breakfast, for example the eggs in a basket which were raw and had to be cooked in a machine alongside. As there were no instructions we had to stop at least one person from cracking into a raw egg as they assume the ones in the basket were hardboiled. Also there was nothing to put milk in so to make a cup of tea one had to keep going to the cereal area to put milk in the cup. The hotel seemed expensive but that may be because we went during the opera season.

Location and breakfast (choice and presentation) was excellent! Something with toilet was wrong. Smell was horrible in the bathroom and the room too! It was behind the hygienic standards. The place is very noisy during the night.

Room was well-organized and clean. Location was convenient. Free wi- fi internet. (There is really no excuse for not having free wi-fi these days!). The coffee at breakfast was truly terrible. In Italy, this is indefensible, and it is a small investment to have better coffee. It seems to be symptomatic of not really caring very much about the experience of the guests. Overall, the sense was of an impersonal place, despite it being so small. Staff did what they had to (answered questions, etc.), but no more.

I stayed there due to my visit the Jewellery exhibition. However as my priority was the work I had to do and I spent a lot of my time to the exhibition, I did not have a lot of time to enjoy all the facilities of the hotel. But please note that I did like your hotel a lot.

I ordered taxi in the evening before day, then I repeat order in the morning. As result, we was 2nd in que and we pass our train (stuff says, that usually taxy arrive in 5 minutes, we waited 30 minutes after order time).

It is a pleasure to express many "bests" for this hotel. First, the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Second, parking was free- go anywhere in Europe and try to find that! Third, a very nice and free breakfast-at a recent trip to Prague breakfast was usd45 per person. Verona is a treasure! The room was a bit small, but that was expected.
