excellent location. walking distance to all the main attractions and so nice to have a small park near the hotel and not crowed with tourist. also the street of the hotel is the only place in Florence you can enter with your car. the parking garage is near by and cost 20 euro. poor and not very clean loby and gardn |

Hotel was easy to find from the Railway Station, well situated for all the sites. The stafff were very helpful and cheerful, breakfast was good. |

The reception staff were very good, spoke many languages, had helpful suggestions. The hotel is open 24 hours, and has a good lounge, bar and garden facilities, for those who like late nights. It is in a good location for everything in the city, but is situated on a quiet part of the street, opposite a small park. We walked everywhere, but reception will call you a taxi if you want one. Breakfast was from 7.30 to 10.15am which is good, but if you arrived after 9.00am you risked there not being things to eat that were there earlier, and they were not replaced, so there was a quota for the day, and if there were greedy guests it was tough on the rest |

Breakfast is not so good but staff is nice & helpful. Receptionest have a good experince about the city, In city there is nothing so good but Pisa city is very near if you want to go you can go from there by train in 1 hour. I dont have any comment about the hotel. |

The hotel is in a quiet area, walking distance from the central attractions, there are a few restaurants in the vicinity, breakfast is ok, we ordered a quadruple room and we got a bedroom plus two converted sofas, with a big bathroom. It can be a bit difficult to reach by car. Walking back to the hotel late at night one passes by the very dirty central market area. |

Very helpful staff, always available.Rooms at the back are very quiet, have a view on a beautiful and large court-yard. The room was a little small and it was hard to move without bumping into something. |

We loved this hotel. It was very charming and had a friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was nice. Our room had a beautiful view. The hotel is very conveniently located to all of the wonderful attractions of Florence. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. |

The hotel is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of the major attractions of Florence. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice view from the window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I would stay again and would recommend it to others. |

The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and pleasant. The location was excellent. Easy walking distance to everything. I was traveling with my son and his friend. They said their room was very small. |
