Loved the view of the Florence Duomo. Location was terrific. Easy walking distance to all major sights of Florence. Hotel was located in a quiet area across from a beautiful park. Several restaurants and cafes very close to hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Would have liked drawer space in addition to the armoire. |

The staff was very helpful, they all spoke excellent English. The room was very comfortable, it was close to the train station and it was very moderately priced. |

Small rooms, even if you choose a "superior room". For this hotel, "superior room" for a couple means only to stay in the top floor. |

Good location, near the train station and walking distance to all tourist attractions. Reasonable breakfast. The room we had faced the road. The noise from the scooters was irritating late at night and early in the morning. |

Good and accessible location, very frindly and helpful staff, nice view of room facing the back yard (can see the cathedral). Room was clean, towels changed daily. A great hotel for vacations. Quite cold in the room (for mid-October), but they turned on the heat and was eventually ok. Breakfast based mainly on packaged food, no vegetables. |

everything was very nice: the location, that is very nice in an old but very well preserved building; the decorations, that are a very nice continuation of what you see going around Firenze; the staff that was more than nice and, not to forget the location in Firenze, very close to the central station and to the most of the important attractions. quite cold because the room was very tall and there was stone on the floor so the air conditioner was not enough for mid octomber. |

I stayed at one of the expensive hotels (turned out to be B&B) the night before which costed a lot more than this. During cold season, manager was kind to offer me a jug of hot water, she switched my room to the one with a bath tub as well. Room was clean, warm, had everything we needed to relax. I can say this hotel's best value for money. Located very close to the station (10min walk, you might struggle a little if you have a heavy lugguage), there are cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Convenient, pleasant stay. Towels - they are very thin towels, not fluffy. They do there job though, but if you are dead fussy like me it might bother you a little... |

Staff were very helpful. The breakfasts were good, and the hotel was very well placed to get to both the train station and the major tourist areas. Despite the walls of the hotel being proper brick, we could hear Everything happening in the room next to us, including our neighbours using the toilet and skyping friends. |

10 mins walk from the train station, however if you are with heavy luggage take a taxi for around Eur 6...Staff was very nice and helpful especially the ladies managing the breakfast area. We had a huge room and a big bathroom . Very clean and comfortable overall There is a garden right in front of hotel, which was a nice thing for my 19 month boy to play in the evenings. Shopping area, sights everything is within walking distance |

Overall the room is clean. But the walk from the terminal station to the hotel is abit far especially when with luggages. |

The assistance with parking our vehicle and advice on good-for-money restaurants. Close proximity of shops and museums/galleries, yet not occupied by many tour groups |

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with good facilities. Ideally placed for city trip to Florence with excellent access to stations and centre of city. Good relative price. We have stayed here 3 times now and would return. Price of room Wi-Fi access too high, however free access was available in the foyer. |

Reception service was excellent; breakfast service superb. Roos were more than adequate althoug the floor could be a lot cleaner - it needs more than a quick mop Location should be described better - it is approx 15 - 20 mins walk and there could be a better map stating directionb from station. |

Comfortable; air con; very close to all city centre amenities and railway station. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Small garden area tended to be ' a smokers' retreat - but better than having them inside! |

The hotel was close to the train station and all major sites. Internet was not free, but reasonable (4euro for 24hours) could use a curtain in the bathroom |

The address says it all! Overlooking the beautiful church of Santa Maria Novella, Rosso23 is a modern hotel in an ancient building, set right in the heart of Florence. |
Set in the immediate surrounds of Santa Maria Novella Station, this modern hotel provides comfortable accommodation with free internet access and a generous buffet breakfast. |
Hotel Alba is right next to the cloisters of Santa Maria Novella. This beautifully restructured property overlooks its quiet internal courtyard and offers a host of modern comforts. |
Not only is this hotel excellently located right by the Ponte Vecchio, but it also has a panoramic roof terrace for a relaxing meal or drink whilst admiring the beautiful Florence skyline. |
