Very close to center. Easy to find and get to. Helpful staff. Rooms nice. Let us leave our hire bikes safely at the rear.
Forgot to ask for a room with a bath but they have them - My fault..!
Rooms were spacious and it was a great location close to historic area of Florence
All seems to be excellent! Love the breakfast spread! The coffee could be improved!!!
Walls at the reception level needs to be painted Noise in the room from the street
Good location, on central road full of cafes and shops leading down to train and bus station. Staff very helpful and great it is 24 hour service. Bedroom spacious, bathroom/shower excellent. Hot water every shower.
Bit noisy at times during to building works outside, but not a big problem. Better to have breakfast earlier rather than nearer 9am onwards as it does get very busy in the breakfast room.
Staff was great and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants. Could easily walk to train station and bus station just around the corner. Had a little courtyard where we could meet up with friends. Wonderful breakfast served. Everyone at front desk spoke and understood English.
Elevator will only hold 2 people with bags so there was a lot of wait time for it. Not allowed to use stairs.
We arrived 5 min after making the booking so no eMail confirmation had been sent. They trusted us and gave us a room without any problems. Staff and breakfast were excellent and the location very convenient for the station with a bus stop right outside.
Bed was a bit hard but it wouldn't put me off staying there again!
Staff very helpful ,very good location.lots of choice on breakfast would go back to the same hotel again.
The reception staff all spoke good English and were courteous and helpful. The hotel is close to the railway station and the stop for the bus to Pisa airport. It is about 15 minutes walk to the Uffizi Museum. I would recommend it to friends and definitely stay there again
Unfortunately, the rooms are not well soundproofed. Noisy guests in the next room woke us several nights running at 3am. When they moved on a heavy snorer kept us awake.
The hotel is very close to the centre of the city and within easy walking distance of all sites. We had a room at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet but it may have been different at the front as the street is very busy. The breakfast was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful. I will stay in this hotel again when I visit next year. It seemed very good value for money.
Hotel was within walking distance of the train station and all major attractions. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Myself and 2 friends stayed in a triple room which was really quite spacious. The decor is quite dated but the hotel is very clean and we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we were only there 3 nights and there's loads to see. There was a lovely litter grassy park at the front of the hotel.
The only down side to our stay was the building works going on right outside the front of the hotel, however these had moved further down the street by the end of our stay. It was a bit noisy in the mornings but it was quiet at night.
Location- Able to see most sights within walking distance. Staff very helpful. Lots of eating places near by.
TV reception for foreign channels poor. Room very basic. Using kettle for hot drinks very inconvenient.
Close to train station. Tourist facility - hop-on-hop-off bus close. My bedroom was next to the breakfast room. Could smell the breakfast but the rooms were sound proof. Value for money.
Staff were always on duty and helpful. We had an issue with tickets that needed to be changed and they spent a lot of time calling and helping to get this done. Room and hotel were very quiet. Breakfast was nice. Ask for capucinnos to be made by staff.
location, staff, breakfast
Kindness of staff, even the receptionist offered us to leave the car during the night on their reserved place at the hotel entrance. They have really a lift. WiFi worked right. Ten-15 minutes walking to Duomo
Breakfast was a little poor, some material was ageing.
Good breakfast, well located: 10 minutes walk to the train station, 10 minutes walk to the Duomo. Good restaurants close by. The room had a fridge along with tea and coffee facilities. Small outside sitting area
Position and wifi!
The staff weren't very helpful, they for some reason put us in a room with handicap facilities. The shower had a broken drain cover and was squishy because of the fold out seat and the toilet was high off the ground with a handicap seat cover and didn't flush properly.
Staff service Breakfast
It is starting to get a little run down but nothing serious
This is a good little hotel with friendly staff and is ideally situated for exploring all the sights . There are several nice restaurants near by and the train station is only 5-10 mins walk away . The rooms were small but clean and there is a small garden where you can have a nightcap or a cigarette or both.
The breakfast is a bit basic .
Near Center and near the Station. Very good breakfast buffet.
some rooms are quiet small no soap holder at the showers place !!!!
The hotel receptionist was very helpful to find a free parking place for us at 9 pm, when we arrived. The breakfast was pleasant, though no veggies served. Stayed for 1 night only so cannot say more.
-location is good -hotel is clean and professional
-facing street rooms are not good and could be small -beds are small (doubles)
Can't think of anything
The hotel is 7 min walk from the Duomo. I stayed there for 3 nights with my husband and two boys. The central station is 10 min away. The hotel is clean. The staff are helpful. In the beginning, we had a room which is noisy from the construction next door. When we asked, we were changed to another room which is more quiet. Sometimes the wifi does not work. Breakfast is okay.
