Hotel Caravaggio    

Location; breakfast was nice; quiet despite being in the center of Florence. A good place to stay!

Location was good. Close to the attractions of Florence and across the street from a park. Good breakfast variety. We were on the third floor at the back with a nice view of the Duomo at night.

Shower door was broken and there was no urgency to fix. This was relatively minor. WiFi was not reliable.

Hotel was clean & comfortable and very central to local attractions.

Bad smell of sewage if we opened our window.

The breakfast wasn't really rich and satisfied

Very convenient location: 10 minutes from the railway station and about 15 minutes to Duomo and thus to the historical center. Perfect view to the green courtyard from our window (there is also a small park on the opposite side of the building). Very quiet; birds singing in the morning, bell chiming in the distance; pure romance... Cleaning was very good, as well as air-conditioning. Breakfast was on average level: not too poor and not very diversified. A good choice to stay in Firenze for 2-3 days if travelling by train.

a minor issue: absense of a curtain in the bathroom was a puzzle ;)

Very good location; 5 min from Railway station. Easy to access all central tourist places. Quiet place. Good value for money.

Horrible coffee at breakfast parking is 25 euro/day!

Staff friendly and helpful with all aspects of our stay. Had a lovely view of the park it was located on. Close to the tourist attractions and the train station. Allowed us to keep our bags there all the last day of our stay, which allowed us to visit the city more, before we boarded the train again. They even allowed to eat our take away lunch in their sitting room.

It has an excellent location with a really friendly deskman who gave us the best tips for getting to know better firenze!

The heat in the room didn't work very good so the room got cold sometimes.

Internet conexion did not work so well but it was not a problem once we could use the computer at the reception

Easy access from main train and bus stations. Lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, local and lively market near by. Easy to go around to all attraction areas. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Room is pretty old fashion. Wi fi did not work well. Had to be in specific angle/conner in our room to get good signal and connection.

Location was great and we felt safe the whole time we were there, mom and daughter.best pizza ever right next door.

The bathtub needed a shower curtains. The third bed was a sofa-bed.

The bed, noise and breakfast.

It's location: far enough from the railway station and its crowds, yet close enough for a brisk 10 minute walk. Very walkable to all areas of the old city. Breakfast was fine; no hot selections. Desk staff were mainly very good. Pizzeria next door is very fast and VERY good. Staff was happy for us to eat prior to breakfast room offical opening on days we had early schedules.

Walls seemed rather thin; we could hear the occupants of the next room. Room overlooked a restaurant garden and that could be noisy until about 11 pm; otherwise it was quiet with a view of Duomo.

Big comfortable room. New bathroom. Friendly staff. Sunny breakfast room breakfast very good. Big comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend it to others

Hotel staffs were very friendly... Food was good and rooms were clean and comfort. We had a nice view from our room too
