Location good, close to airport good restaurant only two blocks away

Wireless Internet, only one device could be logged on with code. Room not cleaned when we entered it. Not told that electricity could only be used if you insert card key into wall. Learned that by trial and error. Remote to tv and to Internet did not work

The Hotel is pristine it is very comfortable and in a quiet location. The Manager and staff are patically friendly. The Hotel is in a paticular good location for travelling to and from Malpensa Airport

Small hotel near Malpensa (but not too close!) Staff was excellent--spoke English well. Breakfast, airport shuttle and WiFi--free and very good. No restaurant on-site but 2 local restaurants will pick you up and bring you back.

Very nice airport hotel with spacious clean rooms and an excellent shuttle service to the airport. We had to leave the hotel at 5:30 am an even if it was that early we were offer a fresh croissant and a cappuccino

I liked that they provided taxi service to a great and only restuarant in the area to eat.

Too far from all except hotel. Too expensive where other hotels 4 star and 5 star charge less. Looks old and needs to renovated. No spa

Hotel for traveling by plane. Excellent shuttle service - call from airport, they are in 15 minutes. You can also use shuttle for other directions (if available) for very reasonable price. Very convenient if you have flight early morning.

Hotel in the middle of nothing - but if you want to eat something - they call and from near by restaurant (very good food) they are coming to pick you up.

Opportunity to use transfer from (and to) airport was very convenient for us as we were with heavy luggage and spent only one night in Milan. Breakfast includes various food. Personnel is helpful.

Friendly service. Clean, comfortable room. Everything was easy. A million percent better than another hotel we used in Milan.

Shame there's no restaurant in-house but the driver dropped us at a good local pizzeria.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The menuon the tv explaining services etc. was great. The room was comfortable.

There were no tissues in the room. Had to pay for parking in the hotel garage. Could have returned our car and used the free shuttle service. This doesn't make sense. The shower was very small.

All was perfect. Perfect shuttle bus (better call the hotel in advance) we had a plane leaving very early and at 4 a.m we had breackfast served, with kids this is unpayable
