It's very comfortable, the staff are very efficient and friendly. Breakfast is amazing and the location is perfect (short distance from the station but not in a noisy area; only a few minutes walk from the centre).

Good location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend it! The air conditioner and the hair dryer looked outdated, but this is quite a minor disadvantage of this hotel.

I'm staying here in Italy for three months and was looking for a hotel in Cesena for one night to attend a conference. The pictures of the hotel online definitely lived up to the real thing, it's a beautiful facility and I found that my room was very well appointed. All the modern updates and features that most of us are looking for these days. The free wifi was definitely handy and it was a nice treat to watch some Sky tv. I stayed in a room with a double bed and found it and the bathroom to be quite spacious. I've stayed in a lot of places in Italy, and this isn't always the case. The proximity to the train station was excellent (5 mins) and then just another 10 min walk to the center. All easy to find and I was also given a map at the registration desk. As many others have mentioned, the included breakfast buffet is outstanding! Upon entering, I was offered the drink of my choice made to order, I went for the cappuccino of course. Then there was a spread of pastries, fruit, cereal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, juice, pretty much whatever you like, all excellent. The other wonderful thing is that the buffet and check out time run until 12pm, I loved that. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is wallet friendly and has the luxury touches we all love. The staff also added to the wonderful atmosphere and feeling of my stay. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel are amongst the best I have encountered in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they try to help whenever possible. Not really a complaint but it is a pity that meals in the restaurant cannot be charged to your hotel bill. I was told by the restaurant that they are separate.

Le persone alla reception sono perfette, disponibili, preparate e sorridenti. La colazione è spettacolare, tanto e assortito. Le bevande nel frigo-bar e il wifi gratis fanno da cornice ad uno dei migliori Hotel mai provati. Ottima cucina anche al ristorante, vino compreso ;-D
