Hotel Casali  

We had a very warm welcome when we arrived and felt very looked after. There is useful information about restaurants in the room with a map. You'll need this if you stay on a Sunday as the restaurant next to the hotel is closed.

We prefer town centre hotels as one of us has a mobility problem.Cesena is not well served by city centre hotels so this was the nearest we could get. The Casali is ten minutes walk from the Duomo and further from other places of interest. While our arival receptionist was welcoming and helpful , the receptionist the next day was not so helpful: he had no information about how to get to the town centre or other places by public transport : parking in the centre is tricky and spaces difficult to find. He did not know what would be open on the public holiday.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs and it is also just a short walk from the city centre.The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient. The breakfast choice was good and nicely presented. I would stay at the hotel again in the future

I'm staying here in Italy for three months and was looking for a hotel in Cesena for one night to attend a conference. The pictures of the hotel online definitely lived up to the real thing, it's a beautiful facility and I found that my room was very well appointed. All the modern updates and features that most of us are looking for these days. The free wifi was definitely handy and it was a nice treat to watch some Sky tv. I stayed in a room with a double bed and found it and the bathroom to be quite spacious. I've stayed in a lot of places in Italy, and this isn't always the case. The proximity to the train station was excellent (5 mins) and then just another 10 min walk to the center. All easy to find and I was also given a map at the registration desk. As many others have mentioned, the included breakfast buffet is outstanding! Upon entering, I was offered the drink of my choice made to order, I went for the cappuccino of course. Then there was a spread of pastries, fruit, cereal, pancakes, eggs, bacon, juice, pretty much whatever you like, all excellent. The other wonderful thing is that the buffet and check out time run until 12pm, I loved that. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that is wallet friendly and has the luxury touches we all love. The staff also added to the wonderful atmosphere and feeling of my stay. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff at the hotel are amongst the best I have encountered in a hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they try to help whenever possible.

Not really a complaint but it is a pity that meals in the restaurant cannot be charged to your hotel bill. I was told by the restaurant that they are separate.

Charming staff, and what a delicious breakfast. Properly fresh juices and good coffee freshly made.

I wish it were a bit nearer the centre of town, but that cant be done.

Il materasso era una lastra di cemento, non ho quasi chiuso occhio tutta la notte ed ho passato tutto il resto della giornata con la schiena dolorante. Inoltre, verso le 6 di mattina la stanza è stata invasa da un odore di cucina nauseabondo che mi ha costretto a spalancare le finestre.

Ottimo ristorante , personale cordiale .

Hotel eccezionale, personale eccelso, pulizia totale. Piccolo consiglio che posso dare è quello di installare una rampa di accesso all'ingresso dell'hotel per disabili e carrozzine.

Servizio ottimo Stanza confortevole personale super professionale un grazie per aver reso questi anche se pochi giorni davvero fantastici grazie a tutto lo staff
