Very bad and unsafe environment, extra unfriendly staff, uncomfortable at all.

Worst hotel I ever stayed.

Close to the station, friendly staff, room was leaned well everyday, close grocery store. Wifi

Windows face a small courtyard which is very noisy at odd hours of the night due to scooters being parked there, the street cleaners store their equipment there and a few stores open onto the courtyard. One in particular is noisy during the night. It seems that the owner of that store fills cans with fluid and his macinery is noisy as well as the people talking in the courtyard late at night.

Very very nice hotel . Very good price, very good location , near of city center and train station . Good staff, all is clean.

Difficult to find. Best to have a taxi from the airport. Road names are high up, some unreadable, traffic chaotic.

Room was not heated properly. Did not have the most comfortable night because of that.

The hotel itself was pretty.

The rooms verge not so nice. The area it's in- be on guard. Especially if it is after dark. Do NOT be alone outside after dark.

Hi , 1) Location is perfect , you can take an alibus from the airport to the train station piazza garibaldi , then walk from the train station 5 mins . Ideal for you trips to capri , pompeii and any other place u want to visit . Naples is different go with an open mind . 2)The receptionist - Joseph is a gem of a person and he helped us out with our travel plans . The fact that he knows english also was a big help . He went out of his way to help us . 3) There are some good eating options close to the restaurant .

Friendly, clean, great location and great value

The staff were very helpful. Room and hotel were very clean and the bed was brilliant. Its an older hotel but for the price - it can't be beaten. We arrived late and walked with backpacks from the train station, which in Naples is a "no-no", but it was quite easy to find and the hotel was quite secure - on a well lit main road.

Hotel has good location - quite close to Central station. Staff was very kind and helpful.

It was cheap so that was nice. They also upgraded our room for a small fee extra and we got air-conditioning which, FYI is a must in Naples.

The bathroom was dirty when we checked in the first day although that may have been due to our early arrival. Either way, kinda gross.

It's very easy to get it by the urban trains. The rooms are clean, the taff I ready to help.

It's difficult to understand how to get it if you don't know the organization of Rome transport. You have to go there by train from the metro station flaminio with thw usual tiket on urban transport. But will never find these type of trains in the time tables in railwaystation.

Close to train station (about 10 minutes walk). Room was OK for the price. Hotel was not expensive. Perfect for shot stay.

The neighborhood of the hotel is a bit sketchy.

the hotel reminded me of my backpacker hotels and hostels back in the 90ies: a bit shabby, a bit old, a bit in disrepair, very close to everything, but loud, reception staff not really service oriented.
