Close to railway station. Good for its price. Quite clean, and the stuff always ready to help.
It is not quiet outside, even at night. A lot of nasty people around. Very poor breakfasts (but with good capuccino), they have corns but don`t have any milk! :)
it is relatively close to the central station.the emploees were nice although just as an advice , pay with right amount or card the beverages you consume because you may see less money in return than expected.
i did not like the towels in the bathroom one was dirty, there was an extra fee that i did not find on the room description on booking.com . the bed was old.
I've booked room 15 minutes before arrival to hotel, but on arrival staff were already waiting for me. They know english exelent. WiFi is available even in the farest room. Room was well sound isolated. Hotel is close to station of shuttle bus to airport. They accept credit cards.
There were nothing to dislike.
The staff was very friendly including the cleaning ladies and the receptionists, happy to help and advise if needed. The room was clean and tidy.
The area was quite dodgy unfortunately and a bit far from the city centre, though from the airport it is very easy to reach which comes handy if you have a big luggage.
The location is perfect. The room is adequate, clean enough and comfortable .I like the atmosphere and the staff are helpful. The value is good.
The bathroom is a little old, but I guess that it would cost a lot to renovate. It's adequate too.
- Staff was very helpful (e.g., receptionist explained to us, how to get to pharmacy, gave us maps, suggested sites to visit) - Cleaning in the rooms was excellent: done every day. - 10min from central station
Near train and buses
Questionable area in back
Good location for one night. (We had to leave our rent car at the Napoli Centrale in the evening and take the train next morning.)
"The front door" opens Into a slum; "helpful" people around looked really frightening. The "back door" (approachable by pedestrians only) was much better - closer to city transport, tourist area etc. Dark corridors and rooms, corners (in bathroom, in particular) looked dirty. A little warm water runs time to time...
Close to train station
Room description stated aircon - Couldn't find the aircon unit. Fan not very effective. Not a good location for a solo female traveller - I did not feel safe walking to and from the hotel, there were people talking and yelling outside until well into the night
Staff are friendly, helpful. They cleans your room everyday
The staff were extremley courteous and helpful. the room was pleasant.and an excellent restaurant just yds away.
The location from Via Venezia was offputting in fact so much so I wasn't going to stay there, but because the staff were so understanding and in fact there was another entrance, we stayed. Value for money not to be beaten. But it's the real Naples.
Friendly staff. Remarkably comfortable in comparison to its surroundings (Naples Central Station, an area with post-apocalyptic allures)
Nothing really. Wifi signal sometimes a bit weak in the rooms, but works fine in reception area.
The position is perfect in à popular and lively district easy to move around the price is very fair and the kindness of the personal
We could feel the springs of the bed
Everything very medium normal.
No TV in the room.
Close to train station
Surrounding area - streets and roads were filthy with rubbish, alot of homeless or dangerous looking people in the streets
Nice room, comfortable. Good value for money.
Location is not particularly nice. No breakfast offered.
This is the worst hotel ever. You sleep with "bidet" the closet near your bed.
The Hotel owner is on the front desk when we arrived early in the morning,he is very good and let us check in also when we check out late he let our luggage stored in the store room.
Very good value for the money.
The receptionist spoke only Italian, did not appear to care much. The maid, on the other hand, was very friendly & helpful.
The staff were really friendly and the man on the desk spoke good English. The rooms were cosy and welcoming and the hotel was very central - close to Piazza Garibaldi.
It was occasionally quite noisy outside the hotel at night but this can only be expected in a central city location.
Noise but it was the location not the hotel
The helpful efficient staff
We were allowed to check in earlier than usual hotels
The location of the property. It was surrounded by Dodge people, cars that were broken into and a general smell of urine. Would not recommend staying in this area of town. We didn't even end up sleeping here because we were too scared to come back at night
Only for location
Old and not realy clean rooms. No hot water in the shower!
Close to train and bus station
Noise, lack of fresh air, almost no privacy with window open
