a bit out of the city center (10 minutes walk is not that much, but Mantova is not that big...)

Right from the start we were warmly welcomed by everyone and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. All the staff were enthusiastic about their hotel and Mantova and gave us very good advice on restaurants and what to do in the city etc. They were extremely knowledgeable about driving times and routes we needed for our business trip. It was also really easy to park and leave our car, securely. Although a coffee/tea machine in the room would have been a bonus, we were able to sit in the lounge/breakfast area anytime and enjoy hot tea, and they even put Sky Sports TV on especially for us to watch the Manchester United game!!! We loved exploring Mantova in the spare time we had, but of course it is never enough and we would love to return, and without question would stay at Casa Poli.

The only small criticism we would make is finding the hotel. We were given really good instructions by the hotel reception, but unfortunately we got into a mess leaving Verona Airport and didn't get onto the Autostrada which meant we entered Mantova on a different road. When we entered Mantova we were pleased to see several signs showing Casa Poli, but the signs disappeared, particular as you got close to the hotel and we had to drive around the town several times to try to pick them up again and as the weather was extremely wet and windy, the red canopy at the hotel entrance had blown back, so we missed it the first time.

The hotel reception staff was exceedingly helpful. The garage parking was very easy for Italy

They should have triple sheeting to cover the blanket as I assume they don't wash the blankets for each guest. But I may be wrong as the blanket looked clean.

Friendly and competent staff, very nice room, very close to the place I had to go. Very rich offer of TV programs (although not trivial to find).

Beautiful and fresh modern interior, friendly and helpful staff, lovely room, good location being about halfway between the two main attractions of Mantova (Palazzo Ducale and Palazzo Te). Staff pointed out free parking 3 minutes walk away. Mantova is gorgeous.

The hotel design is very smart, the beds are really comfortable. The staff were very friendly.

Были в отеле одну ночь. По пути от Вероны в Асти. Отель очень симпатичный. Номера дизайнерских. Ванная комната с маленьким балкончиком. Есть бесплатный интернет. Перед отелей парковка платная - 0,80 евро/час. С 8 вечера до 8 утра бесплатно. Недалеко от центра. Близко от отеля есть остерии очень приличные чтобы поужинать.

Il personale è estremamente disponibile e gentile; gli ambienti sono salubri, puliti e curati; la colazione è ottima, presenta varietà eprodotti di qualità. Perfetto per un qualsiasi soggiorno in città, sia esso di lavoro o di relax!

Ausgesprochen schönes, modernes und funktionelles Design, wobei das gesamte Hotel wie aus einem Guss durchgestylt ist. Unheimlich freundliches Personal. Für Italien Top Frühstück! Grosse geschlossene Garage direkt hinter dem Haus und gute Lage nahe am Zentrum von Mantua.

Da gibts nix zum Meckern.

Ottimo albergo, ben curato in tutti I dettagli. La camera era ampia e arredata con bei oggetti di design. Bagno spazioso e ben pulito. Ottimo il bath kit.

Ricezione wi-fi in stanza praticamente assente, personale non troppo disponibile, posizione non centralissima.

l hotel è stato come le mie aspettative. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati bene nella camera con mansarda all ultimo piano. tranquillità, pulizia, arredamento moderno confortevole, tv satellitare. bagno spazioso. inoltre lo staff ha soddisfatto le ns richieste ( cioè letto grande e ultimo piano) . La colazione buonissima! e varia soprattutto di dolci. praticamente tutto perfetto compreso la collaborazione e la gentilezza dello staff. ottima anche la posizione dell. hotel, 10 min a piedi dal centro storico.

Hotel che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, con grande gusto nell'arredamento e nei servizi.
