We thought that the hotel was exactly as described. Marvellous handy location for the rail station which was just as we wanted - ideally placed for our visit to Pompei. Very good selection at breakfast, constantly replenished. We stayed with our two teenage sons and they had no complaints not even about the lack of English channels on the television! |

The location was perfect - near the station and historic part of Naples, and easy access to the airport. And the excellent restaurant meant that we didn't need to search for somewhere else after a tiring day. The stairs were nor very clean |

The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was in an interesting/edgy place for a visit to Naples. It was very central and convenient to the main station. Great view of local 'street life'. The bedroom floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly. |

The staff were cautious and always available to assist the quests. Absence of Fridge in the room but i quite understand the reason that many may take something and not pay. |

A room with a balcony (6th floor) is a great chance for the couples to add some romance to their vacation. |

Rooms were large, very basic. Clean & comfortable but would only recommend for a short stay. Breakfast had a large selection & plenty of it. Staff were helpful. The hotel was close to transport in a very busy area. We needed a base for a few days to go to Pompeii. The train station was a very short walk which is what we wanted. Lots of street stalls outside if you like to shop. A very busy area so a bit noisy at night. I was travelling with 2 teenage girls and they were not comfortable going outside alone although we had not problems. |

The kitchen staff and the food of the day at affordable price. Good access to the city centre and shopping, and the paronamic view of the Piazza Garibaldi from our eight floor room. The hotel building, especially the room pavement was shaking and vibrating continuously, making it very unpleasant to relax as our mind goes to earthquake past esperience. The entrance hall and reception was very discouraging at the first impact but, later the staff turns out to be very friendly and wellcoming. No fridge in the room we stayed. |

The hotel offers fairly substantial breakfast (compared to other budget hotels we ever stayed at). The coffee is excellent. The location is also good as the bus stops, the metro and railway stations are quite near by (although this makes the surroundings rather noisy, it's very convenient if you intend to travel a lot). Hotel staff speaks English and is helpful. Our room was not exactly dirty but definitely it didn’t exemplify cleanness either. The door lock didn’t work properly. We felt a little concerned about that at first but then got used to it. The bed was quite good for sleeping but if you half-sit on it leaning against the headboard the mattress would slide leaving a gap between itself and the headboard. |

Personal very friendly and helpful. Prompt service to requests. Really appreciated the staff. I want to thank everyone. Cleanliness of room could be just a bit better. I think this is easy to improve. And therefore not a big matter. I would rebook the hotel in any case. |

big bathroom with bath tub and shower the breakfast choice was the same all days and not wide enough - only two kinds of cheese, two salami, no ham, no eggs, no bacon, no fruits except of canned plums - no problem maybe for one-night stay, but we stayed five nights. |

Good noise insulation when window closed Room was very shabby and dirty. Bathroom was dirty, and there was a bad smell of sewer. Receptionist didn't know anything of what was happening in Naples, nor where places were. |

Very convenient for the station and trains to Pompei & Versuvius. Our quadruple room was 2 rooms and very roomy. The room faced onto the square. Nice view of Versuvius but quite noisy. Had to pay extra for internet access. |

good position to visit Napoli, near the train and bus station, view to Vesuvio, kindly personnel, aircondition, nice room. Noisy location, but it didn´t matter, it is normal for city center. |
