Hotel Center 1-2-3  

This hotel was not as close to the train station as I thought it would be.

nice environment very clean and comfortable room near the train station very polite stuff!i surely recommend it!!

Low prices and excellent location. Satisfactory rooms and breakfast.

Expensive wi-fi.

The location is near the main train station. Easy to get the bus & tram to go to the tourist object.

There is no chair in the room and the water system in the bath room is very poor and the bath cover is not work properly.

Staff very kind and available for any request. We got indications for restaurant, public transport, and more. We had to leave early in the morning, and we have been given a takeaway breakfast even if the breakfast time was not yet started. I even received the receipt delivered to my address abroad by post, without any extra cost. ~~~ Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo ottenuto indicazioni per ristoranti, trasporti pubblici, e altro. Siamo dovuti partire molto presto: nonostante l`orario fosse antecedente a quello di inizio colazioni, ci e` stata offerta una colazione a portar via. Mi e` stata anche inviata la ricevuta a casa, al mio indirizzo estero, senza spese aggiuntive.

The breakfast was ok. Some people from the staff were ok, but one was not english speaking at all.

We ordered a 4 people room, but received a 3-people with an extra bed. That is why the room was very small, and very wet.The conditioner was very weak for the room and the conditioner and the fan in the bathroom was very dirty.The room was near the reception, but the air inside was so wet, sultry and uncomfortable, that we opened the door and lived like in the hall to make some fresh air to go inside the room

This hotel is too far from train station, not very good feeling to walk to this hotel in the night, we did not like it but it does not have to be problem for someone else.....

awful neighbourhood, prostitutes working just round the corner~ they were quite polite though :), at least 20 min to Termini station, its too much if u travel with kids, no kettle

Good location - you can easily walk to the center and to the most of the cultural sights. The staff is helpful and patient. Despite the fact that the hotel is located near railway station, it wasn't noisy, we didn't hear trains. We had a room for 4, it was clean, small, but comfortable. This hotel is a good value for money when you need a room to sleep at night and don't want to pay a lot.

Proprio sotto l'hotel Center 3 è presente un locale/discoteca che il sabato riamne aperto fino alla mattina...avendo le camere direttamente confinanti non abbiamo chiuso occhio, tremavano I muri. Alle nostre rimostranze il personale dell'hotel ci ha risposto mortificato che hanno una causa in corso con quel locale e che in realtà quella serata non era prevista. Mi spiaceper loro perchè ci rimettono la clientela, verificate prima di prenotare
