Staff were not too helpful and hotel I'd not provide an iron - I have never struck this anywhere else in the world! When I asked for one, I was told they were a fire risk and they don't provide them. This was very inconvenient!

Every member of staff was fantastic...very friendly and helpful. The location was great and the room was attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was great with many options.

There was construction outside of our window at midnight...not something the hotel could control.

the staff was superb. helpful and knew the city and restaurants. the locatioin is ideal, two blocks from the Duomo and within 10 minutes of everything else.

the room and bath were small, with no space to put things. the bed was uncomfortable. For the money, i am sure there are better hotels in Florence

The location was perfect! Close to restaurants and many attractions. It was clean and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was lovely.

The shower was very small.

Good location, close to Duome. Breakfast was good, ham cheese eggs fruits and artichoke.

The noise from ventilation or the air conditioner annoyed us. Not noise from outside. Better check how to turn the air conditioner off before you go to bed. It turned on automatically even I turn it off at night.

The hotel location is perfect, very close to Duomo and other point of interests. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are OK, including free Wifi.

The breakfast is quite standard. The coffee for breakfast is bad. However, coffee in the bar is good.

The location was perfect! It was an easy to walk to every "attraction" in Florence.

The wifi was pretty bad. You get a username and password to login which sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. In addition if you didn't use it for 5 minutes it kicked you off. I was using the wifi to communicate with my family in the US and it was less than convenient. The elevator was ridiculous small and only holds 2 ppl so the luggage coming and going was interesting. The breakfast was fair. I would have preferred going elsewhere each day but my husband thought it was good enough since it was free.

The room was good. The heating/air conditioning was first class. We liked the large bed. The breakfast was excellent, plenty and varied. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. The location was excellent.

The lift was rather small. If we had had mobility difficulties, accessing the room would have been difficult. It would have been nice to have had tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was great and the room was very nice. What a terrific value! I enjoyed the breakfast!

Staff was very friendly and helpfull, amazing location - just a few moments to Duomo, nice breakfast. I would really book this hotel one more time and reccomend it to others!

We had some problems with wifi and our mobile phones could not catch any connection in the room.

in the hotel bed was just an open white cover ,topped by a cover :( it's not very hygrnic i would say ... A light duvet with a fresh clean cover let you sleep more compfortable i would mean , but still ok ..

What I like about Hotel Centrale is the location. It is located just a few meters away from Firenze smn train station. The staff were accommodating. The room is old but it's comfortable enough.

What I don't like about the hotel is the elevator. It's too small if you have a big luggage, it's going to be a challenge to get into it.

It had substantial breakfast choices. It was quiet, first floor options, and had a lift. Very walkable to the city center attractions

It was cold in my room and I had to beg to have them turn up the heat so I wasn't in bed wearing a jacket to stay warm. The halls and lobby with the outside door open should not be warmer than the individual rooms.

The room was quite modern and fitted with a new bathroom. Bed was a bit hard but overall a comfortable stay. Location was amazing, right near the Duomo and in walking distance to the Statue of David as well as the River. They also let us keep our bags there all day.

The beds were a little hard and the lock on the door didn't work properly so we had to ask for assistance a few times.

Good location, in the center, not far from railway Firenze S.N.M. and just in a minute from Duomo. Rather clean and good hotel

For winter it was ok, but there was a little amount of tables in the breakfast room, so in summer you should probably wait for a free table

The breakfast is not good enough. Actually there were too many people, who wanted to have a breakfast, there were not enough tables. Some of them were standing for ten minutes waiting to be seated

Location, Cleanliness, Friendliness of the staff, Free Wi-FI, Quiet room (which in Florence is always hard to find.
