Hotel Centrale

The room was nice with a view of the dome of San Lorenzo. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great.

clean, comfortable, beautiful. if you are planning a trip to Florence this hotel is perfect.

The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was centrally located and within walking distance to all the major Florence attractions, restaurants, and shopping (the Duomo is just a couple of blocks away).

Shower water pressure was low. You have to leave your car on the street in front of the hotel (blocking the rest of the street) and then go up to the second floor to the reception desk (they will call the parking garage to move your car; they were pretty fast). You have to carry your luggage to the second floor to check-in (there's a small elevator).

Very well located. Indeed central but also very quiet without noise from traffic. Room very fine and clean.

When check out early in the morning, hotel did not offer any breakfast or just a cup of coffee because kitchen for brakfast was not open

the staff was very very helpful. the nicest staff imaginable. the food in the breakfast room was worth the reservation itself. a full lovely breakfast was available., the location excellent , the price was good.

the first room we were in had a terrible toilet smell. as if something in the bathroom was backed up. we moved into another room, which was much better, but the hotel room still had, on occassion , an unpleasant smell. also, the bathroom although nice was not easy to be comfortable in. there are no hooks for clothing or space for makeup.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with decent en-suite facilities. Hotel location is superb. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Price was also v good.

Rooms walls are a bit thin and sound travels through the vents. Had an annoying guest neighbour who had tv on loud til very late in the night.

The location is good and the staff friendly. The room is huge regarding hotels in Europe. Nice breakfast and access to internet is convenient.

The staff forgot to mark down I had paid my tour but they did not make a fuss.

The position was exactly as named,central to all the sights of Florence.The staff could not do enough for us,they were so helpful and suggested a wonderful day excursion with ThebestofTuscanytour.com.Food at breakfast was good and any drinks like tea,coffee etc. were available all day in the lounge at a small cost.Bathroom was clean and bright and of a good size.Overall everything we wanted.

We were there in October and the weather was still hot, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for us.

STAY HERE LIKE AT HOME,SIMPLE BUT WARMLY

WHEN FIRST TIME THERE IN THE EVENNING IS A LITTLE IN ADVENTURE,IF THE WEBSITE EXPLAIN THE RECEIPTION IS ON THE SECOND FLOOR THEN I WILL NOT BE SUCH IN WONDER.AND HOPE THEY CAN CHANGE THE SHOWER FACILITY,THE WATER IS REALLY COMES OUT TOO SMALL VOLUME TO CLEAN MY LONG HAIR,

It is near to the railway station and within walking distance to museums and other main attraction sites. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast Buffet was nicely set up and there was a delicious variety to enjoy. There was also free internet access.

Beds were a little soft. There were mosquitos in the bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling was high and there was only a small T.V. in the room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazingly quiet for the centre of Florence.

Overweight tourists complaining about the size of the lift- get out and walk up the two flights of stairs, it'll do you good!
