Location, free internet access on the lobby. Improve breakfast service, frontdesk staff should be able to provide information related to city regulation (e.g. car parking). |

The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was centrally located and within walking distance to all the major Florence attractions, restaurants, and shopping (the Duomo is just a couple of blocks away). Shower water pressure was low. You have to leave your car on the street in front of the hotel (blocking the rest of the street) and then go up to the second floor to the reception desk (they will call the parking garage to move your car; they were pretty fast). You have to carry your luggage to the second floor to check-in (there's a small elevator). |

A true joy to have stayed at Hotel Centrale - it proved to be a jewel in the crown of Florence!! An excellent central location, with an exterior which is deceiving because it gives no indication of the lovely spacious interior. Like the rooms, the dining room is very airy and the breakfast is excellent. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant. I liked everything about Hotel Centrale. If I had to comment I would just say that the lift is very small. |

Location was excellent. Staff were very knowledegeable of the city and went out of their way to be pleasant, helpful and informative. Internet access was a plus. Elevator. Security. Absolutely a charming place. A great place to stay, especially for a woman by herself. Nope! I'd stay there again, and recommend that others do so as well. |

Pleasant room, and huge bathroom; breakfast was good, and included complimentary cappucino, made to order. Free internet was helpful. There was a strong odor from the cleaning solution used in the room (for mopping floors, I believe)...it was annoying for the first day. |

the staff was very very helpful. the nicest staff imaginable. the food in the breakfast room was worth the reservation itself. a full lovely breakfast was available., the location excellent , the price was good. the first room we were in had a terrible toilet smell. as if something in the bathroom was backed up. we moved into another room, which was much better, but the hotel room still had, on occassion , an unpleasant smell. also, the bathroom although nice was not easy to be comfortable in. there are no hooks for clothing or space for makeup. |

The location was excellent. The staff were pleasant but could not find time to sort out the safe in our room. as a result i am missing a jewellery box and don,t know if it was stolen or not. breakfast was good and the lady in charge of the breakfast room was delightful. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with decent en-suite facilities. Hotel location is superb. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Price was also v good. Rooms walls are a bit thin and sound travels through the vents. Had an annoying guest neighbour who had tv on loud til very late in the night. |

The position was exactly as named, central to all the sights of Florence. The staff could not do enough for us,they were so helpful and suggested a wonderful day excursion with ThebestofTuscanytour.com.Food at breakfast was good and any drinks like tea, coffee etc. were available all day in the lounge at a small cost.Bathroom was clean and bright and of a good size.Overall everything we wanted. We were there in October and the weather was still hot, but the air conditioning wasn't cool enough for us. |

The hotel location is in a very central which is few minutes walk from the main train station and the main pedestrain streets. The rooms are very clean. Hotel is simple but very convenient for a couple of days tour. Staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is quite OK, a bit limited. The elevator is quite small incase you have a baby stroller you probably can't fit in with the stroller. There is no bath tub so it was challange to give a baby bath. limited number of baby cots available in the hotel, so if more than one baby at the same time it can be a problem. |

It was very clean and they served a great breakfast. The entrance was hard to find. It was a side entrance with not much to inform you that you were at the correct hotel. You had to take a very small elevator up to the 2nd floor to check in. It was difficult to figure out if you were in the right place when you were at the ground (street) level. They did have a sign at the ground level with not that much information on it in Italian. |

It is near to the railway station and within walking distance to museums and other main attraction sites. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast Buffet was nicely set up and there was a delicious variety to enjoy. There was also free internet access. Beds were a little soft. There were mosquitos in the bedroom and bathroom. The ceiling was high and there was only a small T.V. in the room. |

Excellent situation for exploring Florence on foot. Very quiet, cool, clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast. Chambermaid started cleaning room while we were at breakfast and on returning to the room we had to wait outside for her to finish but she did apologise! |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazingly quiet for the centre of Florence. Overweight tourists complaining about the size of the lift- get out and walk up the two flights of stairs, it'll do you good! |
