Location is good and very close to the historical center. Room was good and light. Hard to find, total mess with the street if you are using rent-a-car or your own car be ready to spend an hour to find the hotel. |

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and the bathrooms very modern and clean. Excellent location close to the Duomo and train station. The only bad thing was all the mosquitos in the room when we arrived, which I guess isn't the hotel's fault. |

The location is excellent, close to all tourist attraction. And the service is wonderful, esp. the free access to internet. If they can provide a glass for drinks instead of plastic cups, it would be perfect. |

Is nearest to all. The Duomo, the train station and the San Lorenzo Market are two streets from the hotel, and in the same place you have a plenty of restaurants. Is central!!. The hotel is very new, all cleaned and with an impeccable appearance. The breakfast is not marvelous, is so poor, but enough. Is recommended to people that want to see the city although is expensive. Note: Take care with the mosquitoes. |

Location, free internet access on the lobby. Improve breakfast service, frontdesk staff should be able to provide information related to city regulation (e.g. car parking). |

The room was lovely, comfortable, clean, and quiet. It was centrally located and within walking distance to all the major Florence attractions, restaurants, and shopping (the Duomo is just a couple of blocks away). Shower water pressure was low. You have to leave your car on the street in front of the hotel (blocking the rest of the street) and then go up to the second floor to the reception desk (they will call the parking garage to move your car; they were pretty fast). You have to carry your luggage to the second floor to check-in (there's a small elevator). |

A true joy to have stayed at Hotel Centrale - it proved to be a jewel in the crown of Florence!! An excellent central location, with an exterior which is deceiving because it gives no indication of the lovely spacious interior. Like the rooms, the dining room is very airy and the breakfast is excellent. All the hotel staff were extremely pleasant. I liked everything about Hotel Centrale. If I had to comment I would just say that the lift is very small. |

Location was excellent. Staff were very knowledegeable of the city and went out of their way to be pleasant, helpful and informative. Internet access was a plus. Elevator. Security. Absolutely a charming place. A great place to stay, especially for a woman by herself. Nope! I'd stay there again, and recommend that others do so as well. |

Pleasant room, and huge bathroom; breakfast was good, and included complimentary cappucino, made to order. Free internet was helpful. There was a strong odor from the cleaning solution used in the room (for mopping floors, I believe)...it was annoying for the first day. |

the staff was very very helpful. the nicest staff imaginable. the food in the breakfast room was worth the reservation itself. a full lovely breakfast was available., the location excellent , the price was good. the first room we were in had a terrible toilet smell. as if something in the bathroom was backed up. we moved into another room, which was much better, but the hotel room still had, on occassion , an unpleasant smell. also, the bathroom although nice was not easy to be comfortable in. there are no hooks for clothing or space for makeup. |

The location was excellent. The staff were pleasant but could not find time to sort out the safe in our room. as a result i am missing a jewellery box and don,t know if it was stolen or not. breakfast was good and the lady in charge of the breakfast room was delightful. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy with decent en-suite facilities. Hotel location is superb. Breakfast buffet had a decent selection. Price was also v good. Rooms walls are a bit thin and sound travels through the vents. Had an annoying guest neighbour who had tv on loud til very late in the night. |

Hotel Alba is right next to the cloisters of Santa Maria Novella. This beautifully restructured property overlooks its quiet internal courtyard and offers a host of modern comforts. |
Vivahotel Laurus al Duomo is located next to one of Florence's oldest churches and just a few steps from the Duomo. The roof garden offers great views. |
To experience Florence at its best, you must live it as a true Florentine. Staying in a luxurious suite in a Renaissance building is surely going to make the difference. |
Hotel Ariele is housed in a restored building, formerly noble residence and embassy. A short walk along the Arno will take you to the city centre. |
