Cancellation

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for cots.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

It is a friendly hotel with a great location. "Centrale" is the word. The staff is walking that extra mile. Hotel as such is basic, but I would highly recommend it. |

It's location was very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and overall, although I believe certain facilities can be improved, our stay was pleasant. I thought the buffet breakfast was very limited (ito. the selection of breads, for instance, no toast etc. - the selection of cheese, only mozarella was served, cold meats, only ham was served etc. We also ordered some scrambled eggs and omelets from the menu and they were prepared rather poorly. It was cold and chewy. |

The night portier was very seviceminded. The Lounge was very nice and relaxed. The fact that the Sauna was charhed 12 Euro per person. The Sauna should have been free. |

It's great that the hotel is located right in the centre of the town, beautiful view from the balcony over Courmayeur. Expensive bar, breakfast and other services like baggage store. |

The hotel was very well located for restaurants & shops. Helpful staff telephoned reasonable priced restaurants to make reservations for us. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Hotel carpark was useful, but more effort could have been made to keep the entrance to the lower carpark clear of ice. Bill was accurate and settling up was a quick and easy process. A boiled egg costs 4 Euros - outrageous and don't bother as it wasn't even cooked properly. I've always found Eurpoean breakfasts to include hard boiled eggs for breakfast so this was disapointing. No toast machine either so breakfasts were a waste of time really and not worth the extra we paid compared to other hotels on offer. |

Service oriented attitude, especially the late night shift receptionist. Excellent location. Allways room for one more car in the Hotel park. Noice insulation between rooms not that good. No guidance to near by commercial garages when asked where to park when the car is Hotel park gets full. |

The position in the centre of this very picturesque town is ideal, staff are efficient and generally friendly. Felt that some staff were a little 'money grabbing' - the extras were rather expensive! |

Gepäck wurde vom Hotelparkplatz ins Zimmer gebracht. Sehr sauberes und vollständig verdunkelbares Zimmer. Elegante Aufenthaltsräume. Da in der Fussgängerzone gelegen kein Lärm von Aussen, im Innern allerdings hellhörig. Hotelrestaurant geschlossen. Zimmer sehr klein. Zu wenig Bettdecken (kalt). Bett für grossgewachsene Leute zu kurz (1,90 m). |

L'albergo si trova praticamente in centro, quindi si esce per locali e ristoranti senza bisogno dell'auto.Una persona dello staff si è rivelata particolarmente simpatica e alla mano,e mi ha fornito indicazioni preziose nonostante la mia permanenza di una sola notte.Alla fine l'albergo si può definire discreto. La stanza era praticamente la mansarda vicino alla cabina ascensore..non è il massimo, ma la sera si va a dormire presto e quindi non ho patito rumori notturni.Stanza ampia e con una discreta vista sul panorama ma la pulizia in particolare del bagno non era ineccepibile. |
