Staff was exceptionally kind. Lobby beautiful. Good-sized room. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary but well stocked and endless, decent coffee. We stayed in room 21. Housekeepping was pretty bad. Glass tabletop had not been washed for days and was encrusted with food particles and sticky substance. Detritus from previous guests left in shower stall and in mini bar. No electrical outlet in bathroom. Mattress old and creaky. Would recommend with reservations. |

Welcome and hospitality of all at hotel excellent. Good sized homely room. Well situated for walks to all historical sites of the town. Good bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. If arriving by train at Spoleto station a bus runs to Piazza San Domenico (Just before Piazza Collicolo),route Circulo `D`. Tickets can be bought at the station bar or newspaper shop. |

La posizione è centralissima e facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina, in quanto non ancora nella ztl. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutto il centro storico di Spoleto in poco tempo. Arredi caratteristici, soffitto ad architravi e parquet. Veramente molto accogliente e piacevole. |

La posizione centralissima, la pulizia, la colazione molto buona, le camere confortevoli. Uno di quei posti che se li consigli agli amici fai bella figura Se si soggiorna una sola notte conviene non utilizzare il parcheggio privato dell'hotel e risparmiare 10 euro, dato che nei dintorni si trova posto e di notte ci sono parcheggi gratuiti |

Das Hotel hat mir rundum gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber und bot alles, was ich benötigte. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und in Spoleto ist alles von dort aus zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. |

Posizione centrale nella città, vicinissimo alla maggior parte dei luoghi da visitare, comodo il parcheggio annesso all'hotel per un rapido trasferimento delle valige. La camera era molto bella e confortevole. |

Vänlig och tillmötesgående personal, snabb service, in- och utcheckning. Centralt läge, bra med parkeringsgarage. Gillade inte att det endast fanns plastmuggar på rummet, dessutom av usel kvalitet som sprack. |
