Everything was just fine, not bad and nothing special It took a couple of days for them to reply to my e-mail requesting to confirm my reservation. "Just a 15 minutes walk" from the train station was quite a long distance for people with luggage. |

The Staff are all very friendly! Good Service as well, it's like a little family there, really nice! The bed sheets and towels didn't smell really good but it wasn't a big deal... |

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the hotel was quiet! We arrived very late, and the hotel made arrangements for us to collect the key. The staff had spoke English also. |

Hotel excelente. Perfectamente situado y con una relacion calidad precio optima. Gran servicio y muy acogedor.El desayuno era muy bueno, con una gran variedad de alimentos. Volveré aquí de nuevo, sin duda alguna. |

L'ubicazione dell'hotel è abbasanza centrale. La colazione è abbondante e lo staff gentile. La camera è in stile '800, curata e dignitosa. La manutenzione dei servizi igienici lascia un po' a desiderare. |

L'hotel est très bien placé pour visiter florence à pied. L'accueil,la gentillesse du personnel,le service, la décoration intérieur, le confort et la calme de la chambre étaient impeccable.Buffet du petit déjeuner complet. Nous y retournerons. |

Muy bien el poder aparcar en la calle con una tarjeta que nos dio la recepcionista. Tiene calefacción, pero entra mucho frío por el balcón, que no está aislado, pues es antiguo (habitación del primer piso) |
