The Staff are all very friendly! Good Service as well, it's like a little family there, really nice! The bed sheets and towels didn't smell really good but it wasn't a big deal... |

The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly, and the hotel was quiet! We arrived very late, and the hotel made arrangements for us to collect the key. The staff had spoke English also. |

big room, very clean, nice staff, free WiFi connection in the lobby it is located in a place where parking is not allowed. we had to use pay-parking which was very expensive |

Staff were very helpful. Good location Could have had tea/Coffe facilities in room. The hot water in the shower had often ran out in the mornings. |

Just the location The rooms are so tiny when there is one person staying they give you a single tiny bed l asked for a bigger room with a double l had to pay extra 99 % of hotels give you a double bed if there are 1 or 2 peaple |

Reception staff very helpful. Parking convenient. Rooms were clean. Nice to see photos of Florence everywhere. Charming. Breakfast can be improved by offering fresh pastry, crossants and fresh fruit rather than tinned fruit. |

Very helpful and friendly staff Room was not so clean and towels were not provided. Mosquitos were an annoyance. Room looked different from the one on the website and it is not as close to the train station as expected. |

Nous avons réservé plusieurs chambres pour des amis pour notre mariage, et toutes sont très accueillantes.Hôtel bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied du Duomo. Petit-déjeuner complet. Le personnel nous a bien aidés pour acheter nos billets d’entrée à l’Uffizi et à l’Accademia (à ne surtout pas manquer !) et pour les horaires des trains. Merci!!! |

Lugnt läge, mycket tyst. Det är 10 minuters promenad till Duomen och alltså inte beläget i närheten som det anges. Mycket dålig frukost, kommer man vid 9 finns inget kvar. På söndagen kom heller inte personalen i tid. |
