Hotel Cimabue, set in a Florentine Palazzo of the late 19th century, has recently been refurbished. It is situated in the historical centre of the town but in a quiet area within easy reach of the famous "Galleria dell' Accademia", "San Marco" museum, the Cathedral (Duomo), the Congress and the Fair Centres.
The family ambience and professionalism allow us to welcome an international clientele.
We speak fluently : english, french and german.

big room, very clean, nice staff, free WiFi connection in the lobby

it is located in a place where parking is not allowed. we had to use pay-parking which was very expensive

Staff were very helpful. Good location

Could have had tea/Coffe facilities in room. The hot water in the shower had often ran out in the mornings.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the room was more than expected for a 2 star hotel, the breakfasts were excellent, and once again the overal value was wonderful as was the location.

Just the location

The rooms are so tiny when there is one person staying they give you a single tiny bed l asked for a bigger room with a double l had to pay extra 99 % of hotels give you a double bed if there are 1 or 2 peaple

Reception staff very helpful. Parking convenient. Rooms were clean. Nice to see photos of Florence everywhere. Charming.

Breakfast can be improved by offering fresh pastry, crossants and fresh fruit rather than tinned fruit.

Very helpful and friendly staff

Room was not so clean and towels were not provided. Mosquitos were an annoyance. Room looked different from the one on the website and it is not as close to the train station as expected.
