The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was well maintained and in a good location for both the town centre and the rail station. All in all a good place where I would gladly return. The owner is Ferrari mad and has lots of memorabilia. Well worth a visit from F1 / motorsport fans. |

The room was small but very clean. The bathroom had modern fixtures. The air con worked very well. The location is great for a short stay - about a block behind the port. For a longer stay I would want lake front. Very thin walls - when our neighbour turned his tv on at 6am we had to get up too. |

The location to the city, perfect. Our room was very tiny, however we knew this fact before a booking, as it was clearly stated and the price reflected this room. Also the shower needs to be modernized. Balcony could have been a bit cleaner. Over all, would recommend this hotel, as the staff was great and the location perfect, 2 min to walk to the Centre. Anyway, if you want to stay in a bigger room, you just have to get a superior one. |

The very well-run hotel was close to the centre of Desenzano, with excellent connections by bus, boat and rail to many other places of interest. All of the hotel was very attractively presented and the people running it clearly take great pride in what they do. The staff were very helpful, particularly when my mother fell ill during our stay. |

The location of the hotel is what made it great for us, it was a great location, just a minute walk and your there in the heart of everything with the lake right in front of you. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which made our stay much more pleasurable. It was very comfortable and was perfect for our trip there. The staff on the desk could have been more friendly and smile more but they were pleasant enough. |

The staff were very charming and helpful. The location was very good for lake trips and train connections, as well as local sites and restaurants. Buildings and surrounding gardens make it a pleasant area to stay. |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. 3 minute walk to the waterfront, but prices are much less, and the location is quiet for a good night's sleep. Careful, breakfast is not included in the price. And it can be scary. The juice in the dispensers had been there so long it had large floats of an algae-like substance that came out in your glass like clots. |

The hotel was ideally located for Desenzano centre and the whole of the Lake Garda region. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel, and in particular the room, was very clean and well maintained. Limited parking, however, the staff always managed to find a slot close by. |
