L'amabilité de la réception,le calme de l'emplacement,le parking gratuit et facilement accessible attenant à l'hotel.La proximité du centre animé sans en avoir les inconvenients.Un décor moderne sans ostentation. |

The location of the hotel is what made it great for us, it was a great location, just a minute walk and your there in the heart of everything with the lake right in front of you. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom, which made our stay much more pleasurable. It was very comfortable and was perfect for our trip there. The staff on the desk could have been more friendly and smile more but they were pleasant enough. |

The staff were very charming and helpful. The location was very good for lake trips and train connections, as well as local sites and restaurants. Buildings and surrounding gardens make it a pleasant area to stay. |

we were travelling to venice and needed a stop over. the hotel was ok, close to the lake and the city center (3min walk). nothing special. maybe the breakfast buffet was a bit small... |

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great. 3 minute walk to the waterfront, but prices are much less, and the location is quiet for a good night's sleep. Careful, breakfast is not included in the price. And it can be scary. The juice in the dispensers had been there so long it had large floats of an algae-like substance that came out in your glass like clots. |

The hotel was ideally located for Desenzano centre and the whole of the Lake Garda region. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel, and in particular the room, was very clean and well maintained. Limited parking, however, the staff always managed to find a slot close by. |
