Excellent hotel in a busy area of naples, but once inside the rooms are very clean and quiet also windows are quadruple thickness to keep out the noise plus really good air conditioning. |

Near the trainstation and many buses.If you don´t come by car, it is very good to stay in the center where you always have chans to do everything you want to do. |

Marco, Front Desk Staff is extremely helpful and professional. He really makes a difference. The hotel is in a bad area and people, who do not know Naples and it's own laws might want to avoid wandering around in the sourroundings |

It's conveniently located if you are looking for a hotel near the train station (which is not close to the main area of town). The rooms were very nice and breakfast was good. |

Every member of staff was friendly and very helpful and several languages were spoken. The hotel was modern, stylish and comfortable, and very near the main station but the area was not very appealing. However, there were some mid-range, good value restaurants on the Piazza. It was a pity there was no evening bar/restaurant, or even a lounge area with internet facilities. |

The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. It was a good hotel for the bad area in which it is located. The breakfast buffet was very poor. The food was not good, and there was no one there, who spoke English, to say what we should do to get breakfast. |

Friendly staff, great location of the hotel (meters from the train station and the airport shuttle)!! we had a room with a jacuzzi but it was broken and the bathroom was flooded. On the bright side, the staff responded promptly and give us another room with a jacuzzi |

Hotel is right on the main Piazza at the train station. Easy connection for the Circumvensuvia train and an easy bus ride to the airport or downtown. Phones in the rooms are for incoming calls only. Very hard to communicate with someone unless they call you. To make an call, had to use the phone at the reception desk. |

A few yards opposite airport bus drop off point. Clean, comfortable, air conditioned room. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for a one night stay on route elsewhere, as we were. |

The Hotel Clarean was in an excellent location for sightseeing, airport transfers, and traveling to Pompei as a side trip. The staff was always kind, couteous and helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Our room was pleasant and most comfortable; breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino perfect! The hotel was a wonderful oasis of calm after a busy day of sightseeing. |

location - proximity to other trips ie bus and train our room was at the back of the hotel which looked into a service area - which could be noisy in the morning. Felt a little unsafe due to the proximity to the square, particulary when a local policeman said it was a dodgy area. |
