Nous avons aimé l'accueil, la grande chambre et l'honnêteté. Nous avions réservé 5 jours, en réalité nous avons du rentrer en France et ne sommes restées que 3 nuits. L'hôtel ne nous a fait payer que les nuits passées chez eux et je leur en suis reconnaissante. Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour Naples. La télé en noir et blanc fait un peu vieillot quand même... mais bon ce n'est pas essentiel ! |

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, les chambres sont biens aménagées, le personnel est avenant et le prix est modeste. Nous y retournerons! |

C'est un bon hotel. Incroyable d'avoir du silence quand la place Garribaldi est si frequentee . Chambres spacieuses, tres propres et confortables. Personnel fort serviable et parlant un peu francais. Voila qui rend le sejour agreable !! Rapport qualite/prix excellent : il ne faut pas trop le dire !! |

Sa situation géographique dans Naples, prés de tous les modes de transport.Sa taille aussi, pas usine à touriste.Sa décoration ,très belle à notre gout. Malgré les doubles vitrages ,les bruits de la ville se font entendre, surtout le matin quant les véhicules de nettoiement des rues stationnent devant l'hôtel et laissent les moteurs en marche. |

The rooms were clean and quite large, they looked recently refurbished. The hotel was in a very bad part of Naples, with a major bus stop right accross the road. Atmosphere was ok during the day, but seemed rough at night with the late night take away shops and groups of people hanging around. If you are not fussed about location, and want a cheap stay, the hotel is suitable. |

Clarean was an oasis in the apparent chaos that is Naples.Young staff at the front desk seemed disinterested in guests but older staff were very helpful and professional.Clean and comfortable rooms,reasonably priced.Just a five minute walk from the train station. Area outside was ful of temporary stalls with what seemed lots of good buys but left piles of rubbish which was not cleaned up on the weekend giving a very poor impression of the city. |

Very conveniently located 5 mins walk from the main station. Room was dusty, bathroom not that clean. Breakfast was quite basic with dirty tables left uncleared. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was easy to find from the Naples Termini and then to access the airpor bus and easy to get around Naples from its location - I think it is a good, small, honest 3 star hotel and for a traveller on a budget good value for money |

It was handy for the bus station and train station and the reception staff were very helpful. Water from the shower splashed all over the floor. |

a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Easy to get buses, trains in and out of the city the breakfast was very basic, the location was not very nice and we were nervous of coming to and from the hotel at night |

great for staying short term in Naples - ideal for connections with the port& islands, bus airport& railaway station. Room is clean, staff is really friendly. One negative thing is that the hotel is located in a busy dirty district very close to railway station but transportation hub is really good |

Dit hotel is "good value for money". Makkelijk te bereiken naast het station, ondanks de drukte buiten geen geluidsoverlast, goede airco. Centrum op loopafstand. Ontbijt in orde met goede koffie. |

It was very close to Naples Centrale station and the bus depot. Which made getting around very easy. The airconditioner wasn't working. Although the staff was aware of this before we arrived we were still booked in that room. It was about 100 degrees which made for a very hot night. They changed our roomthe next day when someone checked out. |

The reception staff were helpful in finding a restaurant for me. The bedroom was fairly quiet, considering the noise in the street outside. The airconditioning worked, and the bed was comfortable. The room was a bit small, but fair value for money. The bathroom floor was very dirty. The floor tiles needed a thorough cleaning. This dirt would be spread through to the bedroom. The breakfast was mediocre. |

Convenient location and friendly staff. Piazza Garibaldi is definitely seedy place; however, most of the 3-star hotels in Naples are in similar areas. Breakfast was scarce. The sink in the shower was broken. Anyway, after all, it was good value for money. |
